Supply of high mast pole suitable for wind speed as per IS 875 part 3, with raising lowering system comprising, head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 6 Nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 5mm diameter ss wire rope, trailling cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. Certificates of ,Type test of the winch and wind tunnel test of the pole , from a reputed institution must be submitted along with the bid. Supply of foundation bolts 4nos/set, manufactured from special steel along with nuts , washers, anchor plates and templates etc complete (Technical Specification attached ) ( prefered make Bajaj / Lysaght / Valmont) 10 M High Mast(As per Technical specification A)

Supply and installation of Feeder Pillar of size minimum 750X800 X250 mounted on angle iron frame of 40x40x5mm of height 1000mm with 32A TPN MCB incomer, 32A 4P RCCB,single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminalsincluding providing provision to mount 1 no 3 phase energy meter in a separate compartment along with supply of 32 A cut out fuses, bakelite sheet for mounting the meter etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 200 W LED floodlight fixture (Array LED) should be powder coated with high pressure die-cast aluminium LED housing. The LED should be fixed on die-cast extruded aluminium heat sink for proper thermal management with Manufacturer name engraved /embossing in housing to allow traceability till life of fixture (stickering and printing is not acceptable) . Colour Temperature should be 5700°K ±300°K and the operating voltage range 120–275V AC, provided with open and short circuit protection and input surge voltage protection. (5kV internal and external 10kV to driver inside the fixture). LED’s are provided with secondary lens optics to get optimum optical performance the driver should be Constant voltage, constant current, SMPS Protection. LED Compartment should be isolated from Driver compartment in such a way that natural airflow is possible between Optical compartment and driver compartment. Luminaire is provided with a mounting bracket fixed on pressure die-cast aluminium covers for aiming adjustment. The luminaire shall be minimum IP66 & IK07 protected. LED having 50,000 burning hours @L70, power factor <0.95 & with THD less than 10. Luminaire should deliver minimum 100 Lumens/watt etc complete. Errection of high mast pole on alreay fixed foundation bolts with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq.mm , lugs, MCB and all labour etc complete 10 M High Mast(As per Technical specification A)

Providing independent ordinary pipe earthing using 2.5 mtrs of 40 mm dia GI pipe including connection to high mast earth terminal with 25x3mm GI flats with all materials and labour, and other specials such as common salt ,charcoal bolts and nuts etc. complete

Supply and laying 4Cx 16 sqmm Aluminium armoured UG Cable in 50 mm dia HDPE pipe at a depth of 50 cms including tar road cutting, resurfacing, termination of the cables using suitable glands and sockets etc. as required.

Supply and laying 3Cx 2.5 sqmm armoured copper conductor UG Cable in 50 mm dia HDPE pipe at a depth of 50 cms including tar road cutting, resurfacing termination of the cables using suitable glands and sockets etc. as required.

Providing and installing 50 mm dia GI pipe of 6 m length for availing service connection including PVC pipe protection for the service wire including the fixing of the pipe in cement concrete 1:2:4 of size 450x 450x 500 mm.etc complete./
