S&F of cast iron sluice valve 80mm bore PN-1 including joints and joiting material complete all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, design, loading, unloading, Installation testing and commissioning of outdoor type floor mounted step down transformer 11000/433 volts (at no load) capacity 315 KVA, AC 3 Phase 50 Hz double copper wound oil immersed laminated iron core naturally cooled with external cooling tube core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYn-11 (Vector group) with netural brought out separately for earthing inlcuding off load changing tap arrangements on HT side winding upto +/- 7.5% in steps of +/- 2.5% each complete with first filling oil upto appropriated level and LT side suitable for connection with bus bar trunk. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HT/LV winding rom ambiant temp when measured by resistance method after continious full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree celcius. The trasnformer shall confirm IS:1180 (part-I) level I and latest relavent IS and DCBC marked and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Note : (i)Pre dispatch inspection at factory premises shall be carried out by rep of AO and cost of the inspection shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item (ii) The cost of foundation/plinth of transformer as per manufacturer recommendation shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade of 50 mm dia for cable protection on pole/wall/floor/ or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of wall , floor or roof etc all as specified and directed, (Note : MS clamp, nut, bolts and washers measured and paid seperately)

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade of 80 mm dia for cable protection on pole/wall/floor/ or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of wall , floor or roof etc all as specified and directed, (Note : MS clamp, nut, bolts and washers measured and paid seperately)

M&L for earthing with GI earth plate size 600x600x6mm buried vertifically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 25 x 4 mm size as earthing lead by means of bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel shown in electrical plate No.3, connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with commercial salt 15cm in alternate layers from bottom of electrode plate to top edge and refilling only filtered fine soil up to ground level of earth pit including provision of connecting 20 mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering from GI earth plate to earth pit chamber and protection pipe 40mm dia GI light grade all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and Labour for LED street light fittings 90 watt system wattage should not be more than 90 watt and system lumen should not be less than 9000 lumen complete including cutting, welding, drilling holes, nut bolts, washer, etc all as directed by Engineer in charge NOTE: (i) For all types of LED fittings & luminaire should be of same manufacturer (ii) LM 79 certificate for all light fittings shall be submitted by the contractor before fixing at site or taking payment against material. LIGTNING PROTECTION

M&L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron and protected by light grade 40 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I Note : (i) The unit rate shall include for protection pipe, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, Test point, 32x6mm GI strip from top of earth plate upto 5 metre above ground level . (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fitting junction. M & L for sub main wiring with two run of single core FRLS, PVC insulated, stranded, unsheathed cable copper conductor with size 04 Sqmm and drawing through non metallic PVC conduit concealed in wall including earth continuity conductor of size 04 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor FRLS cable and connected to earth dolly to be drawn in concealed PVC conduit including connecting to main board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of conduit shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

FIRE FIGHTING & ADDRESSABLE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Electric driven Main Fire Pump consisting of Horizontally mounted centrifugal end suction type pump complete for delivery of 2850 ltrs/minute against a total head of 70 metres with bronze impeller complete with mechanical seal including squirrel cage induction motor suitable for 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply rating for the above pump with synchronous speed of 2900 RPM T.E.F.C. type such as confirming to IP-55 and flexible coupling and coupling guard with the pump. Motor shall accept +/- 10% variation in voltage and +/- 3% variation in frequency common bed plate of fabricated mild steel channel or cast iron type complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of pump set , mounting bed, foundation and any earth work as per manufacturer recommendation deemed to be including in the quoted rate.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Electric Driven automatic pressurization pump (Jockey) set for building up pressure in the system pipes it should be single stage pump capable of delivering 180 LPM of water against a total head of 70 mtrs horizontally mounted centrifugal end suction type jockey pump complete with bronze impeller & gland packed/mechanical seal including squirrel cage induction motor suitable for 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply of 20 HP rating for the above pump with synchronous speed of 2900 RPM T.E.F.C. type such as confirming to IP-55 and flexible coupling and coupling guard with the pump. Motor shall accept +/- 10% variation in voltage and +/- 3% variation in frequency. Common bed plate of fabricated mild steel channel or cast iron type complete all as specified and directed. Note:The cost of pump set , mounting bed, foundation and any earth work as per manufacturer recommendation deemed to be including in the quoted rate.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of the Diesel Engine Driven. Standby pump consisting of horizontally mounted centrifugal end suction type pump complete for delivery of 2850 ltrs/minute against a total head of 70 metres with bronze impeller complete with gland packing/ mechanical seal radiator cooled Diesel Engine developing 85 BHP for the above pump, flexible coupling and coupling guard with the pump common bed plate for mounting of the Engine and Pump, and vibration damping arrangement by cushy foot, Diesel Engine starting panel for starting of the engine automatically with a unit of battery of lead acid 12/24V, 150 Ah and battery charger as per specifications. Rate shall also include Exhaust pipe of required length and size to discharge exhaust gases exeternally with muffler, day oil tank of 200 ltrs capacity with first charge and hand pump set suitable reinforced cement concrete pump foundation of 1:2:4 ratio (1 cement 2 fine aggregate 4 coarse aggregate) includiang foundation bolts, washers as required. AIR DISTRIBUTION

Supply, installation and testing of GI sheet metal ducts for supply air & return air system as per IS - 655 in accordance with the approved shop drawings and as required by the specifications.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of GI volume control dampers made of 20 G thick sheet as per specifications.

Fresh Air Grilles

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium section of 20 G thick for fresh air grill in weather maker room with volume control dampers, bird screen etc complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motorised combined fire damper made of 20 G GI sheet complete with control panel, inter connecting wiring as specified and directed.

THERMAL INSULATION

Supply install test and commissioning of acoustic insulation of duct as shown on drawing with 25 mm resin bonded fibre glass, of 48 kg/cum density, covered with and 28 G Aluminium perforated sheet all as specified.

Supply install test and commissioning of thermal insulation of duct with 13 mm thick closed cell chemically cross linked fire retardant polyethylene foam insulation of density 30 Kg/cum. The thermal conductivity of the material should not exceed 0.035 W/Mk at an average temp of 40 deg C,covered with aluminium faced foil complete with application with rubber based adhesive Pidilite SR 998 and 50mm x 3 mm thick self adhesive tape on both longitudinal & transverse joints simultaneously all as specified.

Supply install test and commissioning of acoustic insulation of walls of the AHU Rooms as shown on drawing with 50 mm thick resin bonded fibre glass, of 32 kg/cum density, fixed in GI frame work of 600 x 600 mm made of 24 gauge GI sheet and covered with tissue paper and 26 G Aluminium perforated sheet all as specified.

Supply and fix air curtain suitable for 2 mtr wide and 2.5 hiegt doors complete with blower fan with motor suitable for 230 volts single phase 50 Hz AC supply complete of make : Ravi Aircon / Beacon.

Note :- (a) Any minor modification required for sucessful operation of plant are deemed to be included in overall rates quoted. (b) Complete plant shall be run for a period of four months or till completion of first PHASE TWO TEST whichever is later within overall cost quoted by contractor
