CHAIR DINING OFFICER / LONG BACK (FD/MAP-II/04 & 357)) Renewal of following old unserviceable parts of Chair Dining Officer / Long back by replacing the same with new all as per drawings or sample kept in GE's office and making item serviceable:-

Replacement worn-out cushion and tapestry cloth of seat, the seat shall be of 75 mm thick of foam density 40 covered with good quality tapestry cloth of approved shade (cost of cloth less than Rs. 250/- per meter) as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge. complete all as shown on drawing and as directed

Scratching the entire wooden pallets of chair with electric grinder, filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by scratching it with different type of sand emery papersr, the chair shall be french polished with high gloss finish after properly cleaning and smotthing the surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of of unserviceable/broken rear leg made out of well seasoned sheesham wood of size as per drawing, duly shaped as per drawing and fixing with other member by Fevicol and bamboo pins, Screws with provn of PVC/Hard rubber shoe including polishing to replaced part of wooden to match with existing part complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Replacement of of unserviceable/broken front leg made out of well seasoned sheesham wood of size as per drawing, duly shaped as per drawing and fixing with other member by Fevicol and bamboo pins, Screws with provn of PVC/Hard rubber shoe including polishing to replaced part of wooden to match with existing part complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Replacement of of unserviceable/broken bottom stiffner of chair made out of well seasoned sheesham wood of size as per drawing, duly shaped as per drawing and fixing with other member by Fevicol and bamboo pins, Screws including polishing to replaced part of wooden to match with existing part complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Replacement of of unserviceable/broken vertical back stiffner of chair made out of well seasoned sheesham wood of size as per drawing, duly shaped as per drawing and fixing with other member by Fevicol and bamboo pins, Screws including polishing to replaced part of wooden to match with existing part complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

CHAIR REVOLVING EXECUTIVE / LONG BACK (TP) Renewal of following old unserviceable parts of Chair Revolving Executive/ Long back by replacing the same with new all as per drawings or sample kept in GE's office and making item serviceable:-

Renewal of broken/ unsv twin wheel castors with the new twin wheel castors (01 set of wheel assembly) (05 wheels) all as per drawing/directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Renewal of unsv/tilting mechanism with new tilting mechanism, forward tilt, self regulating tilt tension + manual over ride, 4 position tilt lock. Anti-shock back mechanism to prevent back rest from hitting the user when the lock released, 360 swivel mechanism to allow fluid catered movement all as per drawing/directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Renewal of broken handle set, handle make up of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant.

Renewal of broken/ unsv PVC base (5 leg) of chair complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Chair Dining JCO/Ors (FD/MAP-II/05) Renewal of following old unserviceable parts of chair dining by replacing the same with new all as per drgs or sample kept in GE's office and making item serviceable:-

Removing the unsv worn out PVC seat for chair dining JCO/ORs (MAP) and re-canning of chair dining with plastic cane of ½ round 2.0 mm wide & 0.40 mm thick, woven in mat / godrej pattern and border round and back with 4 mm wide of approved quality after making holes for canning of seat shall be 3 mm dia and kept at a distance of 12.5 mm center to center complete all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in –charge/GE . Polishing to chair with two coats of french polish after filling the holes cracks with putty and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/brunt saina on the surface to direct vision complete all as specified and as directed.

BIN LINEN MULTIPURPOSE (FD/E6/MAP/09) Renewal of following old unserviceable parts of Bin Linen Multipurpose by replacing the same with new all as per drawings or sample kept in GE's office and making item serviceable:-

Renewal of unserviceable top made out of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak faced and other side white , exterior grade of size as shown in drawings with 4mm teak wood beading all round the top, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Renewal of unserviceable doors/ shutters made out of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak faced and other side white , exterior grade of size as shown in drawings with 4mm teak wood beading all round the top, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Renewal of unserviceable bottom made out of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak faced and other side white , exterior grade of size as shown in drawings with 4mm teak wood beading all round the top, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

MIRROR DRESSING GENTS ( FD/E6/MAP/16) Renewal of following old unserviceable parts of Table dressing ladies with mirror/ Table dressing ladies with stool by replacing the same with new all as per drawings or sample kept in GE's office and making item serviceable:-

Renewal of unservicable mirror of size 1150 MM X 450 mm, 5.5 mm thick electro copper poated totally free from distortion fixed on and including teak wood frame of size 25mmX38mm allround and 12 mm thick BWR grade phenol bonded plywood in the back. Mirror shell be of polished sheet glass of make :- Atul /Modiguard as approved. The fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and drg and directed.

Renewal of unservicable movable shelf made of 5.5mm Thick glass of superior quality. The fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with drawings, standard workmanship and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewal of unservicable sides made of prelaminated particle board exterior grade with one side teak faced and other white face of size 19mm thick including 4mm thick teak wood edging all around all as per drawings. The fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with drawings, standard workmanship and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewal of unservicable hinge of mirror dressing gents made of 3 mm MS sheet duly fixing with screws. all reqd as per drawings. The fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with drawings, standard workmanship and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TABLE CENTER GLASS TOP (TP) Renewal of following old unserviceable parts of Table center by replacing the same with new all as per drawings or sample kept in GE's office and making item serviceable:-

Renewal of unservicable glass top made of size 1200x 600x10mm thick glass dark shaded superior quality and round shaped corner of (R-15)complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
