Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.00 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3 m in depth.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with clean and dry rever sand in trenches for protection of UG cable and including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand coushioning shall only measured and paid.

Supply & laying sub class 'B', class designation 75 bricks of old size, laid over sand cushioning along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning will measured and paid separately.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of galvanized high mast light system of height not less than 15 meter suitable for 09 Lantern symmertically fitted in two sections along with accessories, suitable for wind velocity 70 m/sec as per IS 875 part 3, including GI lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 09 luminaries symmetrically fitted along with their control gear boxes, lighting finial, having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 7/19 gauge and double drum winch with both motor and manual operation alongwith luminaries mounting arm, pulley assembly, 01 No twin dome aviation obstruction light (LED type), lightning arrester spike, RCC foundation, foundation nut-bolts, washers, anchor plates, head frame, trailing cable of size 5 core x 2.5 Sqmm (minimum) flexible copper conductor, torque limiter adjustable type, high mast control panel alognwith all necessary swithchgears, integral power tool with reversible option installed inside the base compartment for its operation, complete internal wiring & all other accessories as per OEM complete all as specified in clause 19.23B of SSR part-I (2009) and as directed. Note : Unit rate quoted against this item shall deemed to be inclusive of the following :- (a) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates & templates complete set as per OEM. (b) Supply of control panel housing suitable control circuit for the operation of the mast made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, single door type with slopy canopy suitable for outdoor installation. It shall also consist of suitable control including necessary MCB's, contactors, digital timer switch, high mast up and down control switch with Auto/Manual operation switch. (c) Construction of foundation of high mast pole as per manufacturer's instruction. Design mix of RCC M30 disign mix for foundation of size as recommended by OEM shall be carried out by contractor from approved lab / CTL lab as specified in particular specification however nothing extra shall be paid to contractor on this account. (d) Drawing of high mast light system along with design mix details shall be submitted by contractor to department for approval before construction. (e) Necessary earth work, excavation, RCC M30 design mix for foundation including formwork and reinforcement for highmast lights shall be deemed to inclusive of qouted rate. (f) Provision of Gl pipe earthing for mast with 2.5m long 40mm dia Gl Pipe including connection to mast earth terminal with 32 X 6mm Gl flat with all material and labour Note : (i)The LED flood light fittings & aviation obstruction lights for this item will measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Make of High Mast Pole, High Mast Light & High Mast Timer panel should be same.

S&F LED flood light fitting of capacity 210 watt, 230 V AC operating temperature 10 to 45 degree celsius, 6500K outdoor type, IP-66 (minimum), SPD of capaciity 4 KV with drive and lamp pressure die cast aluminium housing, toughened glass cover with thermal management in multiple optics, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, internally prewired and including electrically connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles conforming to IS-2713, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws, type 410 SP-31 (9 m long) and including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embeded in concrete and 03 Nos band / strips with white synthetic enamel paint, 30 cm wide each at a distance of 30 cm from top of plinth block and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate quoted shall deemed to inclusive of supply, errect with base plate including painting to poles as described. (ii) Excavation, earth work and PCC work will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

S&F LED street light fitting of capacity 90 watt, 230 V AC operating temperature 10 to 50 degree celsius, 5700K outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant, toughened glass cover including thermal management in multiple optics complete, high efficiency electronic driver, IP-66 (minimum) protection, impact resistance of IK 07, minimum efficiency 100 lumen/watt, inbuilt SPD of capaciity 4 KV, internally prewired and including electrically connecting & taking down old unserviceable street light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Supply of new GI Pipe bracket if required shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Supply & laying LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumimium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm x 4 Core, laid in trenches / duct / on pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 50 mm bore dia galvanised steel tubing, Light grade galvanised, laid under road crossing, for cable protection or fixed to poles, walls or laid under floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the tarmac / hard standings in road and excavating trenches across the road in size not exceeding 0.45 m wide and 0.6 m depth for laying cable / cable protection pipe including refilling earth & making good top surface of the disturbed portion with 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) / bituminous mix as per existing & matching with the surroundings including removal of rabbish off to distance not exceeding 100 m complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted against this item shall deemed to include cost of road cutting, earth work excavation, plain cement concrete work required for making good top of the surface, complete.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to earth lead of 4 mm dia GI earth conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed. S&F weather proof cable junction box of size not less than 250 mm x 200 mm x 108 mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with terminals, IP 66 (minimum), suitable for outdoor installation including 01 No 5/6 Amp MCB, 100 Amp rated 3 pole connector, fixing arrangement with MS flat of size 25 x 3 mm with necessary cable lugs, glands, nuts, bolt and washers, connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bracket suitable for street light made out of GI pipe light grade galvanised 40 mm bore & 1.20 mtr length (minimum), bend to shape required including 2 pairs of MS flat iron clamps made out of 40 x 6 mm MS flat, nuts, bolts & washers etc, & including painting the bracket with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of pole / stay including form work, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, benching and the like etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED flood light fitting of capacity 120 watt, 230 V AC operating temperature 10 to 45 degree celsius, 6500K outdoor type, IP-66 (minimum), SPD of capaciity 4 KV with drive and lamp pressure die cast aluminium housing, toughened glass cover with thermal management in multiple optics, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, internally prewired and including electrically connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F LED aviation light lumenaries of capacity of 30 Watt on High Mast, comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure with IP-66 etc complete with necessary connection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L point wiring with 2.5 sqmm single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH copper cable, 1100 volts grade, with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing & caping (double lock pattern) of suitable size including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose, 3 Phase / PVC / Polycorbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 16 Amp including gangue box complete all as specified and directed.
