CLEANING OF OH AND UG WATER SUMPS, SEWAGE SUMPS, EXTERNAL PAINTING OF RCC AND IRON STRUCTURES, PAINTING OF PLANTS AND EQPTS IN E/M INSTALLATIONS AS PER COLOUR CODE INCLUDING SOME ALLIED WORKS AT MIL STN KANCHRAPARA UNDER GE BARRACKPORE

M&L for cleaning of existing RCC/PS/SMC over head tank (height of staging upto 20 mtr from normal ground level) of capacity 40000 Gallon at Engr Regt Pump House complete having using the following steps during course of tank cleaning complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Dewatering of water by operating valves of any type and complete drain out of water from tank with the help of buckets and dewatering by pumps (if required) complete. (b) Cleaning of entire inside portion of Over Head Tank and removal of algae formation (if any) and iron sludge/slurry removal complete. (c) Scrubbing of the walls and floors and removal of all scaling algae and other formed particles on internal surfaces of the tank completely. (d) Removal of all sludge/muddy water from the tank and complete cleaning of loose particles of any nature (second time cleaning). (e) Complete cleaning of inner surface of tank with fresh water and refilling with water to the tank after complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (f) Arresting/making good to the any minor repair (if any required) by applying cement mortar or chemical and to ensure no leakage from over head tank . NOTE: (i) Rates deemed to be included for writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint having height of letters not less than 100mm with CA No. and Name of contractor. (ii) All safety equipments required and necessary insurance for safety working labour to execute the work is responsible of the contractor without any extra cost.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in-before but PS tank of capacity 5000 gallon at Rail Colony Pump House complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in-before but overhead tank (RCC) of capacity 50000 gallon at Dharampore Pump House complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in-before but overhead tank (RCC) of capacity 94500 gallon at Dharampore Family Accn Area complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in-before but overhead tank of capacity 43000 gallon at MAP Colony Pump House complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hot rolled mild steel plain or chequered plate of 5 mm thick as per IS-2062 for duct covers/stairs/pit etc including welding, bending cold or hot or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of black paint after and including taking out old unserviceable rusted chequered plate of any size and thickness complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE- Necessary cutting, welding and fixing in position as per site requirement is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor)

M&L for hot rolled mild steel plain or chequered plate of 5 mm thick as per IS-2062 for duct covers/stairs/pit etc including welding, bending cold or hot or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of black paint complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE- Necessary cutting, welding and fixing in position as per site requirement is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor) This item will be measured if no credit is available at site.

M&L for heavy duty load Stain less steel chain suitable to hang Non clog submersible sewage pump of 8-20 mm thick link to sustain the load of 2 Ton after and including taking out old unserviceable safety chain of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Desludging of sewage collection sump of 10000 Gallons capacity by taking out sewer slurry using vacuum truck to pump out through access lid of total depth 8.00 mtr including depositing at a distance not exceeding 500 mtr from starting point and taking out serviceable/unserviceable non clogging sewage submersible pump motor carefully and re-install the same after thorough cleaning, overhauling and servicing and removing of all sewage sludge complete testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for emptying and cleaning/removal of hold up sewage and sludge from drains including cleaning of Bar Screen chamber of 300/350 Cum/Day complete all as specified and directed .
