Repairs to 400HP Starter unit no.01 at L.I.S Ijara by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit, then dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following a) Providing/fitting & Testing of Single Phase preventer with Phase unbalance ,phase failure Phase Reversal protection relay voltage range 415V Ac 50Hz.(01 no) b) Providing and fitting of new Voltmeter & Ampere meter (0-500) of reputed make (01 no each.). c) Providing and fitting of new fuse set of reputed make as per sample. d) Replacement of damaged copper control wiring of ATS including cable ties, connections, tapping and insulation as per requirement old scrap parts amount already deducted. After completion of work the starter should be tested on full load.

Repairs to 800 Amp ACB 03 pole unit no.02 of lift irrigation scheme Ijara by way of disconnecting the pvc cables of the starter from the ACB, opening nuts & bolts then remove it from panel & shifted it to working place with the help of skilled labour, then overhaul ACB at site by way of p/f of new moving and fixed arcing contact points, repairs to main spring, shunt release, racking handle etc. After proper repairs fitted it back to panel tighting nuts & bolts, & tested it on full load after connecting connections properly with the help of skilled labour. Old scrap parts amount already deducted. After completion of work the ACB should be tested on full load.

Repairs to 100 HP ATS starter of lift irrigation scheme Kanispora by way of dismantling auto transformer coil at site , then loading in private load carrier, shifting it to workshop and unloading at workshop for necessary repairs mentioned below: a) Providing and fitting of new auto transformer coil fabricated out of copper wire of standard size and quality (03 legs @ 4.5 kg/leg approximately= 13.5 kg). b) Providing, fitting of insulation material such as cardboard, latheride paper, cotton tape, PVC paper, varnishing, nuts and bolts etc. c) Replacement of damaged brass bolts with nuts as per sample of incoming and outgoing connections. d) Reassembling of auto coil at site by way of fitment of coils, core piece and after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts, bolts, soldering of connections and testing on full load. e) Deducting cost of scrap @ 80% of the total value of S.no. b. (i.e. 10.8 kg. After proper repairs at workshop, shifting it to site in private load carrier and connected it carefully and tested it on full load.
