Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in cast in situ bored pile with minimum cement content 400kg/cum of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for grade beam/tie beams and pile caps of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

All as per item No 20 above but 5mm dia and over up to & including 12 mm dia as in helicals of pile reinforcement including rings and necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement at all points of contacts.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep or area not exceeding 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil including bailing out/pumping out water on account of spring/rain or any other causes using any method as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for pile caps/plinth beams,raft foundation etc all as specified and shown on drawings.

Excavation over areas n exc 1.5m deep in soft / soil complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pile caps , grade beams rough finished surface of concrete flat all as specified .

Conducting standard penetration test(SPT)all as per IS 2131 at levels and locations as directed for bored pile of any dia.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION:

Supply and fix Ceiling fan 1400mm sweep copper wound having minimum Air delivery 245(m^3/min)and minimum service value4.1(m^3/min/w) , including fixing of down rod and connecting up complete with and including three core flexible PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose/ connector to fan all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix Exhaust fan heavy duty 300mm sweep 230Volts AC 50Hz, 1400rpm with high efficient heavy duty motor and die cast aluminium rotor mounted on two ball bearings, aero dynamically countered blades, rigid frames with rubber mountings etc for silent operation including factory fabricated powder coated aluminium louvers including connecting up from ceiling rose with 3 core flexible copper cable, PVc sheathed of size 1.5Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fix LED Batten light fitting with extruded aluminium housing 4 feet long with all accessories and Integrated electronic driver 20W complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix MCB TPN, 415V, 63 Amps with chareterestic "C" Curve all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB SP, 240V, 6-32 Amps with chareterestic "C" Curve all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB SPN, 240V, 40Amps with characterstic "C" Curve complete all as specified and directed by E-In-Charge .

Internal Water Supply :- Supply and fix Angular Stop cock 15mm bore chromium plated cast copper alloy screwed down screwed for CPVC pipe 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Health faucet/hand shower with 8mm dia wall hook and easy flexible tube in crome finish 1.5m long with nuts complete of make jaquar cat part No ALD 573 and SHA 571 or equivalent all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Stop cock long body combination of exposed part kit of consealed stop cock with fitting sleave, operating knob, adjustable wall flange and regular body consealed stop cock suitable for 15mm pipe line with protection cap. Complete of make Jaquar cat part No CQT-23082K and ALD083 all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Over head shower rose 100mm dia round shape single flow ABS body chrome plated wirh grey face plate and Rubi/ cleaning system and shower arm casted 120mm long heavy body round shape for wall mounted shower with wall flange complete of make Jaquar cat part No OHS1989 and SHA-487 all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL:-Supply and laying DWCPE (SN8) 163 mm dia pipes laid and jointed complete with collars etc all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Road/Hardstanding:-Material and labour for 150mm thick granular sub base (GSB) deposited, spread, watered and rolled by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller to form a uniform surface complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 75 mm (compacted thickness) WMM in runway/road, with granite coarse aggregate of approved grading, mixed with stone dust, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to form a uniform surface complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 600x600x40mm machine cut granite stone of approved colour/type laid over sand cushion (sand measured separately) in hard standing complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Planting Mexican grass in joints of granite slabs complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55 with metric knockouts for cable entry including four terminals suitable for LT cable up to the size 16/25 Sqmm 200mmx 160mm x 98mm IP 65 complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr- In Charge.

Supply and laying Cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr- In Charge.
