Supplying and applying " Damp Proof Ultra" or equivalent, single component fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied membrane at 1.5Kg/Sqm in 3 coats - first coat with water dilution of 33% as a primer coat and remaining 2 coats without dilution. Damp Proof Ultra is self-priming material and have excellent resistance to water, UV rays, anti-fungal & anti-algal properties with surface temperature reduction up to 10oC. Upon curing it form a thick, seamless, durable membrane which provides resistance to positive hydrostatic pressure of up to 10 bars, tensile strength of 2.9 Mpa and elongation upto 400%.
All the pipes are made rough by apply a bond coat with Multi Purpose Polymer or equivalent along the periphery of the pipe and sand sprinkling over, pipes to be placed inside the core cut areas appropriately. Grouting the gaps between the pipes and core cut by General Purpose Grout after fixing an effective leak free shuttering as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 110mm dia
Epoxy Bond Coat :- Providing and applying structural grade two component epoxy bond coat conforming to specifications of ASTM C 881-13 Type II (tested as per ASTM C -882-13) to ensure bond between old and new concrete by brush application. For measurement, patch area of repair work will be taken. Providing and Repairing the damaged concrete portion / Surface preparation with single component ready to use, REPAIR MORTAR or equivalent, capable of applying 20 mm avg. thick in single layer initially by hand and finishing with trowel, carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Rusted Bars: System: Alkaline Water Based coating. Chipping of unsound/ Weak concrete material upto 25mm to 50mm thick from RCC by Mechanical means / chiseling including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushed etc and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge Rust Converter :- Providing & applying Alkaline Rust converting primer or equivalent in two coats conforming to ASTM-B-117 & ASTM-G-60-86 to exposed existing rebars after removing & cleaning loose rust by wire brush and leave it for 6-8 hours. The rust converter shall have a minimum pH of 7.5 and shall be able to convert both hematite and magnetite forms of rust shall pass 400 alternate immersion cycles in 3.5 % NaCl.
