COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS AND BIO COMPOST UNDER GE AF TRIVANDRUM

SCHEDULE 'A'

M & L for comprehensive maintenance and servicing of electically operated lift 01 No of make KONE Elevators of 544 Kgs capacity (for 8 passengers including lift attendant) controlled by two speed induction motor with 3 landings (Ground + 2 floors) including emergency rescue device at HQ SAC bldg at AF Stn Trivandrum including repairs/replacement of all defective and unserviceable parts as per manufacturer's recommendation during contract period for attending of break down as and when intimated including necessary periodical safety checking and testing of lifts as mentioned in relevent code of practice/IE rule for the safe and efficient performance with all consumables, spares/accessories which ever be required for smooth functioning/trouble free services to the users for 24 hours including Sunday/holiday and submit the maintenance report for smooth functioning of lift, contractor shall also carry out the maintenance of lift in the following period and submit the details in the porforma and as per manufacturer's instruction and procedure laid down:- (a) Fortnightly (b) Monthly (c) Quaterly (d) Yearly

M & L for comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated Lift 01 No of make: Johnson of 884 Kilogram capacity controlled by two speed induction motor with 6 landing (Ground + 5 floors) including emergency rescue device at Station store, Vayu vihar ,AF Stn Trivandrum, contractor shall carry out complete maintenance of lift monthly as per manufacturer's recommendation and also attend and rectify the complaint in case of any break down in the lift as and when intimated including necessary periodical safety checking and testing of lifts as mentioned in relevent code of practice/IE rule for the safe and efficient performance with all consumables, spares/accessories which ever be required for smooth functioning/trouble free services to the users for 24 hours including Sunday/holiday and submit the maintenance report for smooth functioning of lift, contractor shall also carry out the maintenance of lift in the following period and submit the details in the porforma and as per manufacturer's instruction and procedure laid down:- (a) Fortnightly (b) Monthly (c) Quaterly (d) Yearly

NOTE for item 2 to 3: (a)(i)The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all spares required during comprehenssive maintenance period. (ii) Rate quoted shall be exclusive of refinishing, repair or replacement of the following:- (b) Elevator car enclosure (c) Elevator car and landing door panels, gates (d) LED Bulbs (15W) and alarm buzzer/bell (e) Cabin fans (f) Main switch in the machine room and incoming electrical wiring to main switch (g) Bateries for ARD

(h) The Above maintenance includes complete maitenance of exsisting lift & Bio composting machine by regularly and systemmatically examining adjusting fabricating as require for smooth and efficent functioning of the equipment / lift. Cost of all spares items are deemed to be included in OEM AMC schedule but required at site for smooth operation of lift shall be paid to contrcator on this account (j) The Maintenance of lift shall be done through (OEM) the tenderer has to submit intent of MOU from OEM the tenderer has to submit intent of MOU from OEM within fifteen days of acceptance of tender failing which the contra ct will be liable to be cancelled and work shall be excuted at risk & cost of the contractor. Contractor shall conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Enginr-in-charge and GE before commencement of AMC, no payment shall be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (k) The contractor /OEM shall provide mechanic and this mechanic shall be available round the clock i,e. 24 hrs for emergency break down attendance and rescue of trapped persons all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(l) The contractor shall obtain signature of Authorized Representative of GE and in token of satisfactory completion of defects. Any minor complaint requiring no spare part shall be rectified within 2 hour & if requiring minor parts, shall be re ctified wihin 4 hrs. Any major complaint requiring major spare part/repair, shall be rectified within 48 hours. In case delay in rectification of any minor complaint, a penal recovery @ Rs 100/- per hour shall be imposed upon the Contractor & in case of delay in major repair of the lifts for more than 48 hours & up to 10 (Ten) days, penalty on the Contractor for a sum of Rs 2000/- per lift per day.

M & L for non comprehensive maintenance of Fully automatic Mechanical compositing machine based on the technology of heating, crushing mechanism and termophilic process (50 to 55 degree C), electrically operated by 3 phase 12.5 HP geared motor with compositing capacity 200 Kg (Food or wet waste 100% segregated bio-degradable) per day all wetted parts made up of stainless steel grade SS 304 complete with in-built voltage stabilizer, crusher and air pre-heating system and control panel etc of Make Smart Enviro Systems, Model SMART Xpress 200 of capacity 200 Cum/day installed at Vayu Vihar area, AF Station, Trivandrum. Contractor shall carry out complete annual maintenance as per manufacturer recommendations and also attend and rectify any complaint in case of any break down and submit the Maintenance Report to the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each Job to be done in each quarter

Note for Item for 05: In case delay in rectification of any minor complaint, a penal recovery @ Rs 100/- per hour shall be imposed upon the Contractor & in case of delay in major part of the Bio Compositor for more than 48 hours & up to 10 (Ten) days, penalty on the Contractor for a sum of Rs 2000/ day shall be imposed

Supply only Encyme power 150 gm packet made of Smart enviro systems 200 Capacity all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Mixer bearings Make : SKF all as specified

Supply and fix Mixer shaft sprocket 40 feet 1 inch all as specified

Supply and fix battery 6 V for lift of capacity 544 Kg at Command HQ
