Outsourcing for manning, operation and maintenance of water treatment plant of 52 LGPD complete for 24 hrs in three shifts of eight hours each ( One operator two helper each shift) including security of the plant, cleaning of premises of the installation comprising of following plants & machinaries :- (a) TEFC electric motor for flash mixture 05 HP-01 No. (b) TEFC electric motor for clarifloculator 02 HP-04 No. (c) TEFC electric motor for clarifier 05 HP-01 No. (d) TEFC electric motor for Alum tank 1.5 HP-01 No. (e) Pressure feed chloronome plant with 3 HP Motor -03 Nos. (f) Air blower with 20 HP electric motor- 02 Nos. (g) Submerssuble pump for back wash tank 05 HP-02 Nos. (h) Submerssuble mud pump for sludge tank 05 HP-02 Nos. (j) Connected LT panel, starters, gears and other accessories complete. (k) Filter beds including back wash etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (l) Laboratory equipments with hand held ultrasonic water flow meter, PH Meter, turbudity meter & residual chlorine test is must as tools for many gas/ Cal hypochlorite and record of results are maintained in register, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The Service provider will ensure proper chlorination of water and will add Chlorine gas /calcium hypochlorite/Bleaching powder/Alum in required quantity as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Operatotor should have adequate knowledge of of handling of water instruments and chemical with better safety precautions. (ii) The operator will check chlorine level at clear water reservoir after every eight hrs and record the result in the register. The register will be put up to JE/Engr-in-Charge on every morning. (iii) Complete plant in working condition shall be handed over to the contractor at the time of comencement of work and contract will return the same in working condition after contract period. (iv) The hyginic condition will be maint in the installation round the CA period. (v) Liquid Chlorine , bleaching powder, Calcium Hypochlorite solution granular/powder form, alum and other chemicals required shall be issued by the department as free for mixing. (vi) Operator will do greasing of the moving parts wherever required and contractor will arrange items reqd for cleaning of plant and filteration plant office complete ( Like broom, brushes,disinfactant liquid etc) at own cost without any extra cost to the department. (vii) Contractor should be maintained the complete area for plantation/greanary and neat & clean. If any required new plants contractor should be provided with out any extra cost and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (viii) Due to any inspections of WTP, contractor should be responsible to layout of all display boards & tables and complete area cleaning without any extra cost and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (ix) Contractor will ensured the duty of person and running the plant during extreme condition like lockdown/emergency.(x) Contractor will maintained the plant and equipment in hygienic condition as per DOPT rules for covid-19 like sanitizing the plant, providing PPE kit, Sanitizer, Thermal detector etc .

Outsourcing to operate the pumps and sluice valve of different sizes at swimming pool in two shifts one technician of 08 hrs each with proper mixing of bleaching Chemical upto the required level as directed. The operator will ensure proper cleaning of premises of pump house, maintain hygen and sanitation of the installation complete all as directed by EIC. NOTE:Operator will replace gland to sluice valve as when required. The cost of gland will be born by contractor. NOTE : (i) The contractor will provide proper uniform to the operators during duty hrs. (ii) In case of any problem notice at installation during shift duty hrs the same will be informed to JE/AGE E/M NO-II/GE. (iii). The operator will ensure proper running of DG set, pump sets and routine check up of all machinery, Engine oil and battery condition and ensure serviceability of all starting/running machinery. (iv) Log sheet as per proforma will be provided by the contractor and entered hourly basis data by Operator of DG sets and pumps on mothly basis and submit to AGE E/M Office for record. (v) Complete installation handed over to contractor in working condition at time of commencement of contractor and same will handed over by contractro to department at the time of completion of contract. (vi) The installations are kept in helthy and perseutable condition round the clock till contract period.. (vii). Schedule "B" store i.e bleaching powder, hypoclorite or DHPP and OMD shall be provided by the department for free for use and same will collected from AGE E/M Store Yard as directed. Transportation is the responsibility of contractor & cost shall deemed to be incleded in quoted rate. (viii) Contractor will ensured the duty of person and running the plant during extreme condition like lockdown/emergency (ix) Contractor will maintained the plant and equipment in hygienic condition as per DOPT rules for covid-19 like sanitizing the plant, providing PPE kit, Sanitizer, Thermal detector etc ..

Outsourcing to operate the pumps and sluice valve and Maintenance of overhead reservior, underground sumps at Multan Line pump house and OHT near 15 Engr location complete for round the clock including sunday and holiday in three shifts one technician with helper of 8 hrs each as per shedule issued by the department from time to time for operation of different capacity of pumps,sluice valves inlet, outlet for filling of OHT and supply of water to the troops including cleaning of premises of pump house by cutting grass complete and maintaing hygen and sanitation including maintain the record of chlorine test as per department requirement/direction complete all as directed by EIC. NOTE : (i) The contractor will provide proper uniform to the operators during duty hrs. M & L for cleaning of existing painted steel/iron surfaces with aluminium paint and apply two coats of rubbrised black paint on steel over a coat of red oxide primer on launders of clarifier and writing of all system flow indication as directed.

Sweeping and taking out sludge in consolidated position from under ground sumps upto depth not exceeding 15 mtr including cleaning of internal wall surface and floor throughly to made it free from dirt by scrubbing and washing accumulated materials with water, including cleaning of suction lines inside wet sump and removing from site etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge at site. Note : Necessary safety equipment such as hand gloves, mask belt with rope and other safety items, any kind of risk during lifting of sludge will be solely responsibility of the contractor .

M& L for repairs cleaning and maint of clariflouculator as per detail given below:- (a) Dewatering clariflouculator of 40.00 Lac ltrs with the help of pump as directed by E ngr -in-charge (b) Removal of complete sludge and clearing inside side wall, scrapper unit, 4 Nos floculator and raw water flow channel (c ) Replace repairing of complete scrapper unit and complete unit painting with two coat epoxy( rubber ) paint.(d) Five Nos gear box unit service/repairing ,oil changing, V belt-08 Nos bearings as per existing size replace and two coat enamel painting of complete bridge. (e) Complete bridge rail leveling maint and railing two coat enamel painting.(f) S & F i replacement 01 No cost iron sluice valve PN 1.6 rating as per IS 14846 with brass spindle and iron wheel head with both end flanged incl new rubber gasket, nuts and bolts etc and dismantling of existing u/s sluice valve of size 250 mm dia.

Taking out broken/ leakage HDPE pipe from the existing site, Supply and laying on surface high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of size 32 mm outer dia conforming to IS 4984 of 1995 with all fittings and fixture such as tee, bend elbow if required to make the services functional complete all as directed.

M & L for Replacement of existing filter media consisting of gravel and sand in filter bed having filtration capacity 267800 GPH as per details given below at Main Filteration plant all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Removing the existing filter media consisting of gravels and sand, spreading and leveling out side for refilling, cleaning the surface, walls, bed sand Nozzles with wire brushes and cleaning the walls with bleaching powder solution, washing with fresh water and finally washing the complete filter bed twice with Anti bacterial spray and ultra violet radiation treatment etc complete in all respect, Anti bacterial spray and ultra violet radiation treatment, Vacuum cleaning etc complete. (b) Refilling the filter media in the filter bed, gravels (pebbles) removed from the existing filter media after the washing pebbles with 5%(Dil) Diluted Aquous solution of Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) and treatment with 10% (Dil) Diluted solution solution of NAOH (sodium Hydro Oxide) and laying and stacking in different layers into filter beds. (c) Painting of complete filter assembly including incoming and outgoing pipe with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after scraping the old surface.

Supply and filling filter media conisting of screened graded sand on supporting gravel bed of size 0.5 to 1.5 mm to suit existing size and type all as spd and directed

Supply and laying pebbles 8 mm to 25 mm in different sizes to match existing size and type all as spd and directed .

Supply and laying pebbles upto 6 mm in to match existing size and type all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair complete gearbox with accessories of TEFC electric motor for flash mixture 05 HP Make : Greave including all fittings as existing size and type all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone masonary valve chamber of any size and pattern and at any position and construction of valve chamber of size 4430 x 1800 x 1760 with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate stone masonary built in cement mortar 1:6 with plastering of 10mm thickness internally and 15mm thickness externally above and below ground level with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate incl frame made of angles iron of size matches with the internal size of the valve chamber and chamber cover made of solid PVC of superior quality/metallic 5 mm thick with locking arrangement and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl necessary earth work, excavation etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of solid PVC inspection chamber cover of appropriate size with PVC frame including locking arrangements.

Servicing of knife edge gate valve with minor repair complete in all aspect as directed.

Replacement of U/S soft starter 10-20 Hp pump motor complete in all aspect as directed.

S&F in replacement wiping sheet of good quality for clarifloculator of size 10 mm thick, 10 meter long, and one feet wide complete with ss nut-bolt, washers of size 16mm x 50mm.

Repair/maint of butterfly valve of 300 mm dia with all spare as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of mosquito proofing net complete with all mounting and accessories including fixing of stainless steel/ solid PVC sheet frame complete around the chamber all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repair, exhaust fan 450 mm sweep 1440 rpm industrial heavy duty type complete with accessories including mason work for making hole in stone masonery wall & plastering complete for intake and exhaust air ventilation all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
