Tack welding of the nut & bolts up to the height of one section or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks & application of Zinc rich paint.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. of all three power conductors with ACSR Zebra conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e fittings, armour rod, vibration dampers of all three phasesincluding all cost of labour, T&P and carriage of conductor from UPPTCL store to site.

Grounding work including earth work etc. for pipe type including cost of coke & salt

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cutting, placing, binding etc.

Laying,stringing,tensioning,clamping,jointing,including fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories of OPGW & OFAC termination at substation ,end to end connectivity & testing etc and carriage of OPGW from UPPTCL store to site.

Round the clock watch & ward of the line/line material during construction work to avoid theft of tower parts, Conductor, OPGW, Insulators, Hardware Fittings,Accessories etc. (1 Job per Day).

Cutting of following sizes various type of trees like Mango,Neem,Shisham,Pipal,Eucalyptus etc.Falling in the range of Corridor of the said 220 KV lines to provide the maximum clearance between the trees and conductor on the both side of tower/line with all due care of safety & precaution to avoid any damaged to nearby building,power & telephone lines passing near by,crops,other near by trees etc.The work also includes removing elaminating & cleasning the line sites after cutting of trees.

Trees having girth between 0.5 to 1 Mtr.

Trees having girth between 1 to 2 Mtr.

Looping & Chooping of trees branches of different Mango, Neem, Shisham,Pipal,Eucalyptus etc.Falling in the range of Corridor of the said 220 KV lines to provide the maximum clearance between the trees and conductor on the both side of tower/line with all due care of safety & precaution to avoid any damaged to nearby building,power & telephone lines passing near by,crops,other near by trees etc.The work also includes removing elaminating & cleasning the line sites after looping & chooping of trees.

Sorting,Shifting of tower parts from 132 KV S/S Aurai to working site,fabrication of tower parts and making hole as per required missing member then replecement of fabricated member with the help of suitable size of Nut bolt & washer of 220 KV Aurai-Mirzapur line and Bolt should be properly tightened & punching. (rate including all T & P and labour charges but excluding the cost of tower parts & Nut Bolt washer)

Dismantling of damaged/Collapse 18 No. (A+0 type-16 No.,A+5-1 No.B+0-3 No.) tower by way of breaking tack welding and safely removing lattices structure and dismentaled part stacking properly including Transpotation of old & dismentaling tower parts (81.76 MT) by way of loading on private vehicle from site to Bhadohi store approx 40 KM and unloading, stacking as per direction of S.D.O/J.E.
