Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the Departmental officer in charge of the work by Manual means upto 3.00m depth in ordinary soils

Filling Sand in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH . The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for filling, watering, ramming, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniroage charges.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixer. All work upto plinth level including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Masonry work in CM (1:8) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, seiniorage charges, scaffolding and curing etc., cpomplete with a compresive streangth not lessthan 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls. The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work, but excluding seigniorage charges.

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12mm thick. The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing Concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cutting for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements using CC M40 having thickness 60mm as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD . The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour cahrges, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Painting ot New Walls with Two coats of Plastic Emalusion paint of Approved Brand and shade after throughly Brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered meterials cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges etc., As per S.S.911 and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work for external walls

Fixing Of Open Gym equipment to the concrete platform.The rate including cost and conveyance of all equipment and fixing materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work.
