CIVIL WORK

Removing white wash or colour by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the srface smooth including necessary repairs to scrateches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Old work (One or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 gams/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Old work (one or more coat applied 10.90 ltr/10 sqm)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural source :8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto upto floor V level in all shapes and size in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4mortar)

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water prooging cement compound consisting of applying: a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @0.253 kg/sqm. b) laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is steel green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.
