Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. 150x10mm (one hundred into ten millimetre) size within all leads and lifts and other incidentals in all floor levels as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering(one coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufature and of required shade,on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade,after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease,dirt,loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. extra for every sub sequent coat of distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture including entire carriage of materials in with all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing white glazed tiles 6mm ( six milimetres ) thick of approved brand and manufacture in skirting, riser of steps and dado 12mm (twelve milimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement : three sand ) and jointed with cement slurry including entire carriage of carriage within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing angle iron door window, clerestory window frame manufactured from steel iron section of 40mm x40mm x 6 mm (Forty milimetres into forty milimetres into six millimeter) including hinges jamb lock, jamb beed and or required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 50x25mm (fifty milimetres into twenty five millimeter) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanically means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm (Two Decimal five millimeter) thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock as absorber specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
