SECURITY SERVICES AT BPCL TATANAGAR DEPOT

NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT) Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Tatanagar Depot, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, invites e-tenders from DGR-empanelled security service providers for providing 24×7 security services at BPCL Tatanagar Depot including depot premises and railway siding. 1. Tender Title Security Services at BPCL Tatanagar Depot as per DGR Guidelines 2. Scope of Work Providing round-the-clock security services for BPCL Tatanagar Depot including: • Main depot premises • Entry / exit gates • Tank farm area • Administrative buildings • Railway siding and rake operation area • Any other location inside depot premises as directed Please find scope of work document attached with this tender for detailed Scope of work 3. Manpower Requirement • Total security coverage requirement: 10 (Ten) duties per day on three-shift basis • Contractor shall deploy adequate number of security personnel including relievers to ensure continuous performance of 10 duties per day • Only Ex-Servicemen (ESM) guards shall be deployed as per DGR guidelines BPCL reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of duties based on operational requirements during the contract period. Payment shall be made only for actual duties deployed and certified by Engineer-in-Charge . 4. Contract Period • Initial contract period: Two (2) years • Extendable further based on performance and mutual consent 5. Wage Structure • Wages shall be paid strictly as per DGR notified minimum wages (Area-B category) • Any future revision in DGR wages during contract period shall be automatically applicable • Contractor shall pay wages to guards by 1 st of every month and submit proof along with invoice 6. Service Charge • Service charge is to be quoted by the bidder as per latest DGR minimum wages guidelines. 7. GST · GST is fixed at 18%. Bidder to quote 18% GST. 8. Statutory Compliance Contractor shall comply with all applicable labour and statutory laws including: • DGR Guidelines • Minimum Wages Act • EPF & ESI Acts • Bonus Act • Contract Labour (R&A) Act • GST and other statutory obligations 9. Eligibility Criteria • Bidder must be DGR-empanelled security agency • Valid PSARA License • Adequate financial and manpower capacity 10. Bid Submission • Tender documents can be downloaded from BPCL e-tender portal • Bid submission through online mode only • Last date and time for submission: 14:00 hrs – 27.01.2026 11.
