Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified and as directed. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Excavation in trenches for pipes, cables and manholes insoft lose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specifed and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning to underground cables complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I laid before and after laying of cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sub class "B" bricks (Size-230 x 115 x 75mm) for covering to cable laid dry flat, with width equal to length of bricks all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC M-15, type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC M-15, type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Bus bar fixed on insulator in zig-zag position . Clearence in each strip and clearance to both side should not be less than 125 mm with sufficient working space. mounted Ms angle 50x6 mm powder coated. CPRI approved, both side opening shutter in two halves cable opening for bottom side with indicator RYB hinges through out the length of shutter with half turn locking arrangement including grouting in PCC. all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply instalation , testing and commisioning fedder pillar box powder coated CPRI approved suitable for working on 3 phase , 4 wire, 415 volts Ac 50 hz outdoor type cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation, factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet. the panel shall have front and rear opening , locking arrangement, bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment, hinged door with ruber gaskit, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and outgoing cables, earthing terminals, aluminium strips connection from bus bar to outgoing MCCBs and copper conductor cable of adequate size for MCB, housed in a separte bus bar chamber and control wiring adequate size and length , outgoing MCCBs shall have extended bus bar links and panel mounted on 50x50x 5 mm size ms angle iron frame duly painted including PCC 1:2:4 type B1( using 20 mm graged stone) in foundation design subject to approval of GE as per site requirement. the minimum depth, height , widthof panel is 450x1500x 1500 mm respectively. minimum claerance from ground level is 450 mm including removing old unsv items complete all as specified and directed and comprising followings- (a) MCCB 415 volts 200 amps 36 KA, 50 hz FP adjustable type- 01 NOs (b) MCCB 415 volts 100 amps 16 KA, 50 hz FP adjustable type- 02 NOs (c) Digital type Voltmeter (0-500 Volts), 3 phase, 4 digit, high resolution, LED type with onsite programmability 01 No, digital Am meter (0-300) three phase with suitable size of CT's, Class I accuracy, 0.5 VA burden & onsite programmability.
