Rate inclusive of One coat of red oxide primer confirming to IS:123 or zinc cromate confirming to IS:104, followed by two or more coat of aluminium paint confirming to IS:2339 of approved quality with contractor's all labour, material, tools, plants, taxes, lead, lift & transportation etc. complete in all respect. Providing and laying cement concrete antiskid Sqm design chequered tiles viz or duracrate of approved colour size and quality and make in steps and ramps etc with requisite neat cement over bedding and joints etc cement concrete tiles manufacturing with best quality of white cement like birla white etc and contain bayers ferrox U.V. stablised pigment. The thickness of tiles to be 20mm (+/- 2 mm ). The tiles should confirm to IS-1237 1980 for CC floor tiles including any special cornics, corners,angle tiles etc complete laid over cement mortar 1:3 bedding 20 mm thick (average) on previously prepared surface complete with all contractors material labours, tools and plants etc as per direction of engineer in charge at site

Providing and fixing informatory sign boards of Sqm required shape, size and design made out of 3 mm thick aluminium sheet bonded with approved colour retro-reflective sheeting including all letters, wordings, designs, graphics, messages etc. made out of computerized design screen printing on retro- reflective sheeting. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be of high intensity grade, having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive. Supply & fabrication of steel girder spans as MT per the approved drawings for Foot over bridge with contractor's own mild steel confirming to IS 2062 GRADE 250/350 B with all welds.rivets.nuts boits etc with Contracors own materials, fabrication. machinery. templates, fixtures. equipment, tools and p l a n t s transporation skilled/unskilled labour,excise duty.Octroi,sales tax and other taxes.all testing charges.all leads lifts,descent, loading,unloading,crossing one or more Railway track if required etc.complete and as per technical specitications. The rate is inclusive of transporation of fabricated girder parts to site by contractor's own means at his cost.The rate shall also be inclusive of cold straightening of deformed and bent girder parts before their assembly. The structural steel to be used should be manufactured by SAIL/RINLTISCO/ESSAR/JINDAL only .Work| has to be done as per drawings and specifications approved by Railway.High quality superior brand of paint| should only be used for painting prior approval for superior brand/mako of the paint should be taken trom Engineering in Charge. Note-(i) The fabrication of girders must be got done trom RDSO approved firms tor steel girders only. (i) For payment purpose,nominal weight of the girderas per drawing will be only be considered

Assembling, Launching, Bolting by HSFG bolts for ROBs/FOBs main girders wherever required (as per approved drawings with latest corrections, if any) with contractor's rivet materials, HSFG bolts, service bolts, erection and launching of steel girder span to Railway's approved drawings with other other ancillary steel structures fixed to the girder where necessary i n proper level and alignment and as per technical specifications. The rate shall be inclusive of supply, erection and dismantling of s t a g i n g and scaffolding and temporaly arrangement required for the purpose of assembly, erection and launching of girders. The rate shall also be inclusive of cold strenghtening of deformed and bent girder parts before/after their assembly. Work has to be done as per drawings and specifications approved by Railway. Note for payment purpose, nominal weight of the girder as per drawing will only be considered.

Design superstructure, RCC slab/ramp including structural drawings based on tentative GAD supplied by railway required for execution of work. Rate includes for conduting soil investigation at site/lab deciding for the bearing capacity and type of foundation. Also carryinbg out of proof checking by IIT/NIT/reputed engineering college/over other agencies as approved by railways. Total 35154120.74
