Excavation in drains and channels etc.in earth work for pipes up to all depths in all classification of earthwork such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming & dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring/struting, planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unuseable material/soil seperately & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with-in all leads & lifts as per directions of the Engineer Incharge

P/Laying, jointing ,testing and commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS Marked MSERW confiriming to BIS 1978-82 or its equivalent latest with upto date ammendments of following dia with steel grade A, wall thickness and per Rmt weight as mentioned below and capable of with standing requierd test pressure as prescribed in BIS code in random lenghts of 5.5 to 6.50 mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitaible for butt weld including the cost of jointing with butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 or latest as aplicable (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories whatever requried as per site requirement including carriage in all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer -Incharge. The pipe shall have,s zinc coated inside and outside confirming to IS 4736-1986 or latest with upto date amendment. the laying shall confirm to BIS 5833-1970 or latest with upto date amendment to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge ( (Earth wook shall be measured & paid for seprately )

Code i.e. IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with up to date ammendments with nuts, bolts & washers & specials etc. confirming to IS-1963 or latest with up to date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorosive paints complete in all respect including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge.
