Preparation of sub grade by dressing to cambor (Earth work for cutting involved for sub grade to paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) completed as per HPPWD specifications with in all leads and lilfts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub grade complete as per HPPWD Specifications complete with in all leads and lilfts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates by manual means of 90mm to 45mm (ninety millimetre to forty five millimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty-one hundred kilo newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading -I as per technical specification clause 405 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate by manual means of 63 mm to 40mm (sixty three milimetre to forty milimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing , rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density grading II as per technical specification 405 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate manual means of 50 mm to 22.5 mm (fifty millimetre to twenty two point five millimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing , rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density grading-III as per technical Specification Clause 405 By including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one point zero zero kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg/sqm. (zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram per square metre) on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms as per technical specification cluase 503 with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to surve as wearing couase on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type - B as per technical specification clause 508 by manual means with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids a bitumiouns surface to the specified level grade and cross fall using Type-B as per technical specification clause 510 by manual means (Bitumen S-90) with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
