Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of priming motor using Private car, auto rickshaw or similar with 30km lead and then shifting back of the same to site after carrying out necessary repairs at workshop(transportation to and fro).

Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, draining off the M.oil (if applicable) and collection in suitable pan, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete disassembly as per requirement of job.

Complete rewinding of stator coils of single -phase LV horizontal induction motor (03 HP) with suitable copper wire after complete removal of burnt out winding, cleaning of slots, etc., insulation class F, varnishing, tapping, etc. (Note: The unserviceable scrap copper windings extracted shall be property of the firm and is taken into account for estimation of rates).

Deduct the cost of old copper scrap retrieved from the motor @90% or as per actual. Note: The unserviceable scrap copper windings extracted shall be property of the firm and is taken into account for estimation of rates. (The amount quoted against the item has to be equal to or over Rs. 589).

Providing and fitting of ball bearing no. 6305.

Assembling of all motor parts, refilling of drained out M.oil (if applicable), coupling and alignment with pump, reconnecting of leads and testing on full load.

Providing and fitting of 12mm LT brass bush rods for 63 KVA HT transformer.

Providing and fitting of 32 A, (10KA) DP MCB along with gang box to house the MCB.

Modification to the vertical suction pipe (200mm dia) by way of cutting of the pipe in two pieces and then joining the same pieces by way of providing and fitting of MS flanges 12mm (02 no). This is done for easy removal of suction pipe in case of retreival of damaged foot valve. The also includes hiring of boat for providing working place on the suction side as there is no working plateform. The Job includes carraige of all tools, tackles and labour of skilled technician required for completion of the Job.

Providing and fitting of nuts and bolts.

Providing fitting of Joint washers of 200mm dia.

Providing and fitting of TC-16 coupling by way of: • Dismantling of old damaged coupling at site by engaging skilled labour, tools and tackles, shifting it to workshop for boring of new coupling as per sample. • Drilling/boring of new coupling as per size by turning it on lathe by engaging a skilled lathe operator. • Cutting of groove for cotter pin as per sample. • Fabrication of cotter pin as per sample. • Shifting of new coupling to site, installing the same by P/F of rubber tyre, coupling bolts, nuts and washers. Job includes proper alignment of coupling by an expert so to avoid damage to pumping machinery due to misalignment besides testing of unit on full load at site.
