Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking Paver Blocks from footpath/central verge, including removal of rubbish etc. disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (DSR 2016/ I.No. 16.83/P-280)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) DSR 18/I.No. 15.2.2

Earth work in excavation by machanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. The contrator has to detect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, Electric cable, Telephone cable, Gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 18/I.No. 4.1.8/P-

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for. Foundation, footings, bases of Columns etc for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level, Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fo_500D or more. Iten No.-5.22.6

Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20cm. layers breaking clods, watering rolling each layers with 0.5 tonne roller or wooden/steel rammer and rolling every third or top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonne roller including ramming dressing the surface to required level and slope including all lift and all lead(earth shall be brought from place which is beyond Noida area) including carriage of earth by mechanical transportation and all T & P labour etc. required for proper completion of work (earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
