Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m in width and depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m in width and depth and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No 1 to 2 :- a) Prior approval of station HQ is to be obtained to avoid damages of other co-existing utility services b) The excavation shall be done manually.

Returning and filling in including levelling watering and well ramming into layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m from starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and spreading, compacting riddled earth for cushioning and covering of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 1, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Contractor has to produce PCC cable cover test certificate from the manufacturer.

All as above item No 6 here in before but except precast concrete cable cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Serviceable precast concrete cable cover obtained from item No 8 shall be reused.

Taking out HT UG cable of size up to 300 sqmm, disconnecting electrical connection and keeping aside serviceable cable including taking out cable protection cover, GI pipe etc all as specified.

Supply and laying including fixing and connecting electrically XLPE insulated HT underground cable 3 core 95 sqmm, armoured heavy duty galvanised steel strip electric cable with aluminum conductor multi-stranded 11000 volts grade, laid in trench, fixed on wall/pole drawn through pipe etc including provision of lugs, saddles, glands & testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately. Quoted rate include of making connection to HT panel/feeder pillar box/junction box through suitable size aluminium lugs and cable glands.

All as per item No 9 above but except cable of size upto 300sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old serviceable cable obtained from item No 8 shall be reused.

Dismantling steel pole structure of any type and height, including its connected fittings, after removing incoming/outgoing cable connectios, removing to store and stacking and making good the disturbed ground portions to matching with nearby surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Dismantling of defective/perished ACSR conductor over head line from existing pole, service feeder or distribution span all as directed.

Dismantling rusted MS channel,cross arms, clamp of any type and size and back plate by unscrewing bolt and nuts etc from pole all as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable GI earth conductor of any type from over head line from existing pole, service feeder or distribution span all as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable insulators of any size, type, capacity complete all as directed.

Dismantling gang operated Air break switch vertical/horizontal mounted triple pole mechanically operated for replacement all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV Outdoor type RMU both side extensible type, floor mounted consisting of 2 LBS + 2 VCB with internal copper bus bars, consisting of combinations of 630 Amp, 350 MVA fixed motorised Load Break Switch & fixed type motorised Vacuum Circuit Breaker. All live parts, bus bars, LBSs connections of RMU shall be enclosed in one tank to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life as per standard design of OEM non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304/441 of minimum 2.5+0.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site/factory replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during break down. RMU shall be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Extensible Bushings,if applicable shall be bolted type top/side mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar. The outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switchgear,to ensure IP3X+IP54 protection for cable boxes. The unit shall be internal arc proof not less than 21kA for 1 sec for tank and Cable Box ,and tested and totally safe for human beings. The gas release & personnel safety with internal arc proof shall not depend on plinth design. Note : Bidder shall provide type test report to prove compliance to the ‘Internal fault IAC-AFLR as per IEC 62271-200. Internal arc proof & testing shall be done as per OEM norms. The Vacuum Bottle shall be of same make as that of RMU to ensure better life cycle optimization for the RMU.The Manufacturer shall furnish performance Certificate for similar kind of RMUs in their own legal Name . Any Joint venture certificates / partnership with other firms shall not be considered. Taking out unserviceable earthing completely and providing Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below GL with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 M below normal GL connected with GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nut and washers of GI and earth strip protected by GI pipe 40mm bore light grade and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade including one test point for testing purpose with funnel and connected to switch/control board upto 7.5m away from earth electrode including earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4) type B-1cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars reinforcement both ways at 140mm C/C, charcoal, salt, water pipe, wire mesh, lugs etc and testing complete all as applicable and as per Plate No.3 of SSR 2009 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 40 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 50mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement route indicator for marking of HT/ UG cable of any size with cast iron round plate of 100 mm dia suitably fitted with and including MS angle iron 40x40x5mm with GI nut, bolt and washers, MS angle grouted in PCC block of 25x25x30cm including necessary earthwork and painting the iron surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing road/hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and moorum filling including excavating for laying the cable/pipe, width 0.5m and depth 0.7m all as directed and making good the road/hard using PCC 1:2:4, type B1 as required at site to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Breaker machine diamond cutter shall be used all as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Material and labour for Painting old surfaces of Feeder Pillar box / LT panels of any sizes at site with one coat of epoxy based paint DANCOT/Asian make shade / tint as approved including preparation of old painted surfacesand cleaning the rusted portions with emery sheet and providing 02 No new LT danger notice, proper locking arrangement of LT panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement at site by welding the hinges, locking arrangements and applying grease on hinges and joints complete for outdoor/indoor panels of any size complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement, electrically connecting LED phase indication lamp R, Y, B for incoming and outgoing switches, one set of three numbers complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement, electrically connecting multifunction meter showing voltage, amp,frequency, power factor, KW, KVA, KVAR, KWH, KVAH, KVRH, KVARH complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement, synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5mm thick for resisting voltage upto 11Kv as per IS 15652-2006, IEC/BS EN 61111:2009 BIS/ERDA/CPRI approved suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2mx1m complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for provision of LT Panel by Supply, assembly, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type floor mounted free standing dust and vermin proof panel/DB with IP-55 protection,CPRI approved, fabricated out of 40x4 mm sized angle iron and flats and covered with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer & not less than 2 mm thick sheet for inner compartment, duly pretreated in seven tank process for de-greasing, de-rusting & Phosphated paint with 2 coats of primer paint then painted with final coat of epoxy based powder coated paint. Panel/DB shall be having front and rear opening for installation of separate cable alleys, busbar chamber and switchgear compartments. Provision in cable alleys to be kept for bottom cable entry for incoming & outgoing cables. A clear space of 200mm to be kept from floor level for switchgear compartment. Air ventilation breathers to be provided for heat dissipation. Suitable sized knock-out holes for cable glands shall be provided. The rate including making connection of cables of incoming and outgoing with thimble/lugs complete and mountig the panel on ground/floor with PCC(1:3:6) bedding with inclusive of following items complete all as specified and directed including testing as per IEC 61439-I.

Incoming : 63 A MCCB, 4P, 36KA with adjustable electronic release, CT's 63/5, Ammeter, ASS, Voltmeter, VSS, Phase Indicating lamps, & control fuses/MCB's etc. as required & detailed in the specifications and indicated on drawings, Make: Legrand/ABB/Schneider - 1set

Outgoing : SPN MCB 32 A -06 No( with Enough space for mounting 01 existing energy meter in each compartment(total 05))(Input connection for energy meter has to be taken from SPN MCB 32A inside the compartment with front door having glass door for viewing KWH meter)

NOTE :-- (i) Contractor shall submit the panel drawing alongwith CPRI approval letter to the Engr-in-harge before manufacturing (ii) The cost of foundation as recommended by the panel manufacturer shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(iii) Each incoming/outgoing must have separate compartment.(iv) contrcator has to submit panel drawing for approval before manufacturing (v) Quoted rate is inclusive of removing existing connection from DB/FP and reconnecting complete output cables/wires and Energy meter as directed by Eng-in-charge in the new panel.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs.107844.50 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 107844.50 as rate in Green field under Col-5.
