Fixing vetrified tiles in daddo skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Supplying, manufacturing, fitting and fixing of M.S.Grills for Door / Window including all cost, conveyance, tax, royalty, T&P etc. complete.

Painting two coats with any enamel paint to old wood or iron works including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & p etc. complete.

Distempering two coat to walls with distemper of approved shase to give an even shase including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.

Finishing wall with weather coat paint two coats over a coat of primer of approved shade to give an even shade including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.

2.5 cm thick artificial stone flooring with cement concrete ( 1:2:4 ) including punning using 12mm size h.g. chips laid to proper slope hoisting lowering compacting watering curing with cost carriage royalty etc. complete.

Providing, fitting, fixing & writting of Sign board etc all complete as per direction of EIC.
