Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out hard dense soil for laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed

Returning , filling in , including levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and removing the corroded GI pipe from trench of size 100/80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and removing the corroded GI pipe from trench of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and removing the corroded GI pipe from trench of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Taking up cast iron water mains 150 mm dia (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out existing old cast iron sluice valve 150/100/80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 150 mm (6'') bor/dia Ductile iron pipes spigot & socket end, centrifugally cast (spun) class K-7 conforming to IS-8329/2000 with all fittings as required at site including cutting for existing pipe for insertion of Tee for branches, screwing etc in any length laid in trenches cross under road / walls/ hard standing/ under floor of bldg with & including EPDM rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 layer PP-R 110mm outer dia pipes SDR 7,4 (PN-16) stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having stability for hot and cold water supply all PP-R plain and brass threaded plypropylene randam fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 above but of size 90 mm outer dia.

Supply and fix PP-R gate valve (Brass insert) as per requirement of the site of 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M&L for construction of valve chamber in replacement 1200 x 1200 x1200 mm internal dimensions, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work, brick work in CM (1:6), 230 mm thick, PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces including dismantling and removal of old unserviceable valve pit remains complete all as specified and directed

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90 cmx90 cmx90 cm (internal dimension), foundation with 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2, brick work shall be full brick thick wall in CM (1:4), 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) internally, external upto 15 cm from GL complete with MS angle iron frame work angle size 40x40x6mm fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 230mmx200mmx100mm, 3mm thick MS sheet top cover openable through hinges 02 Nos, handle and locking arrangement, painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint over acoat of primer inside complete all as specified and directed including dismantling and removal of old unserviceable valve pit complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for horizontal boring under roads for insertion of pipes upto 150mm bore by manual drilling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement conceret 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
