Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion from Concrete, brick work,masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) af any description and in any position not otherwise specifically proveded for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposed off from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
