In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown.
Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 300X600mm conforming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like or equivalent make in all colour, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer in charge over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) : Sal wood
Providing & fixing glazed shutters 35mm thick for doors, windows and clear story windows using 10Kg/Sqm (4mm thick) glass panes including stainless steel but hinges of size 75mm x 62mm x 2mm of make Kitch, Arch, Blum with necessary stainless screws in second class deodar wood.
Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width for aperture 1.4mm in both direction with wire of dia 0.63mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws in second class deodar wood.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter / 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)
Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.
Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.
Sand 120 km by MT
Stone aggregate below 40mm size for an average lead of 15 Kms.
