Material and labour for opening body cover and dismantling of VOLTAS Make compressor model 5 F 40, for repairing/ maint and cleaning / servicing the serviceable parts ,replacing gaskets,replacement of shaftseals,suction valeve reeds,dowety rings, O rings,piston rings ,suction / discharge reeds , oil scraper, rings springs and including remetalling,grinding and polishing of shaft/piston rods etc if found defective and ressembling, testing for proper functioning including proper alignment with primover complete testing all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Spares shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. Cost for replacement of all consumables like oil and all filters like oil filters, filter core and drier etc as per site requirement to be replaced by the contractor. The rate for same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 3 Minor spares like washers, nuts, bolts, gasket etc costing upto Rs 2000/- shall be replaced by the contractor. The rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 4. The work shall be executed through OEM/autorized agency.

Supply and charging Refrigerant Gas R 22 in sealed cylinder all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only Nitrogen gas contains 12 PSI of pressure in each cylinder of 6 cum. Note: Empty cylinder will returned to contractor after usage only.

Supply ands fixing in replacement of microprocessor control panels VLRP type working with 15VAC for voltas control panels, make for 5F model central AC plant suitable for DX type and fitting for existing panels. Make: voltas(Soft hard)

Material and labour for brazzing/welding work at refrigerent copper pipe lines(suction/discharge) and rectify the fault and recharge the refrigerent as desired level in AC units complete all as specified and as directed. Note: welding material, copper pipe, welding gas cylinder shall be provided by contractor with his own transport upto near the centrl/Package AC plants inside Naval Base .

Supply and fixing of Hard PVC Piping 40 mm up to drain disposal area with nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 600 MM X 600 MM fresh air inlet made-out of GI sheet 22 SWG duly fabricated with splitter damper arrangement and cowl and bird screen complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of supply/return air diffusers of machine fabricated madeout of aluminium 18G sheet construction of various sizes duly powder coated of approved colour to suitable as existing duct projestions/openings including GI collar VCD for supply air inlet complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Steel structural fabrication works fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,cable trays,clamps bolts,washers, welding ,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primary coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing GI pipes, supply , laying including welding, connecting and painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete of medium grade with all fittings and fixtures laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc. of following size :-

M & L for servicing of existing CT fan motor of capacity upto 7.5 HP including disconnectiong electric connection, fan blade and opening motor, taking out bearing and re-metalling the bearing housing shaft, replacement of motor bearing of existing size including transportation from existing location to workshop and back, refixing of electrical connections , testing of RPM after repair , balancing of fan, recommissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for servicing of existing condenser pump of capacity upto 12.5 HP after disconnecting electric connection from foundation, removing defective bearing, re-metalling the bearing housing shaft, replacing with new bearings, gland bush, gaskets, with mechanical seal type gland packing, nut and bolt, air release valve, cooling fan cover and reassemble, refitting and recommissioning including refixing of all electrical connections, testing, painting, base foundation work alongwith channels/accessories, incl transportation to local workshop and back after repair, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement in repair round type cooling tower sprinkler aluminium with distributer pipe & stay rod suitable for capacity upto 100 TR all as specified and directed. Make of Cooling Tower : Paharpur/Mihir/Delta.

S&F in replacement of PVC Fills of size 150x300x600 mm,with fine quality all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable dual plate check valve, Supply and fix dual plate check valve of size upto 100 mm dia including replacement of old nuts & bolts, packings modification of flanges if necessaery and all as per specified and directed.Make:As approved by GE

M & L for removal of complete FRP cooling tower including fan CT motor, fills, sprinkler/nozzle, pipes, valves and preparation of damaged surface and apply FRP sheet and suitable chemical solution (min two coat) of required quantity to make it leak proof and complete re-assembling including replacement of old nuts, bolts and washers, fin support structure, fan structure, repair/replacement of drain pot, float valve etc as per site requirement including refixing of all removed items back fitting and painting of entire cooling tower, pipe lines of existing colour, alignment of CT fan and sprinkler/nozzle and make it vibration free smooth functioning and testing all as specified and as directed upto capacity 100 TR.

Supply and fixing plastic mesh heavy duty, mesh size less than 10 mm X 10 mm for cooling tower with necessary fixing arrangements all as specified and as directed by EIC

Supply, fabrication and fixing name index board of AC plant having size of 1.2 mtr x 0.6 mtr x 5 mm thick incl writing letters on board as directed by Engr-in-Charge with 0.25mm thick white rubber coated vinyl sheet or synthetic vinyl sheet printed with computer/scotch inject printing with without ink and laminated with average 15mm thick high quality weather protected calender film (coated/laminated and transparent/mat finish) pasted with chemical on and including polycarbonate PVC weather protected milky white/transparent sheet and finally thorough washed with liquid detergent soap complete board to be fixed on wall including cost of all materials used and all as specified and directed. Note : Letter size shall be taken approval of EIC before the manufacturing the name boards.

Supply and fixing of cooling tower fan blade upto capacity of 100 TR suitable in existing CT fan hub with suitable length (approx 300mm to 450mm) / as per existing at site and size with aluminium alloy material with necessary nuts, bolts, and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of water flow /pressure differential switch, 5-15 Amp, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Pre filter with filtering capacity down to 20 micron including side aluminum beading area of thickness of 45/50 mm as per existing at site as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M& L for painting of central AC plant cooling tower with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint of existing colour paint after preparation of existing surface of 60 TR capacity all as specified and as directed

M& L for painting of central AC plant of capacity upto 225 TR i.e including of compressors, condensers, pumps and motors frames, panel board complete including chiller and condensing water pipe lines with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint of existing colour after preparation of existing surface of each unit and marking set numbers, SM/MES numbers all as specified and directed.

Taking down AHU puff panel, cooling coil, filters, cooling coil pan and necessary repair to panels to arrest air leak, packing, refixing/replacing of door hinges, handles, gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking down AHU blower from the site, replacement of bearings and bearing supports, cleaning the surface and aligning the blades for smooth functioning and refixing after repair, refixing of belt, alignment with motor, recommissioning all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for leak testing of existing cooling coil of capcaity upto 80TR, arresting the leaks of cooling coil by forced pressuring water, brazing works, aligning fins complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M & L for Cleaning of 3 Nos shell and tube condenser shell with capacity of upto 75 TR by isolating the condenser shell, disconnecting water inlet/outlet completely remove the exisiting water from condenser attach necessary hoses to condenser to circulate chemical solution (maic / hydride decaling compound) by using pump for 3-5 hrs and remove the system and after opening both sides of condenser brushing with nylon rod and flushing with fresh water including replacement of gaskets complete leak test (if reqd) and testing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Nitrogen gas for leak test shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply and fixing in replacement ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed of size 25mm (Minimum weight 25mm - 455 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for fire dampers (fusible link) with actuator arrangement complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for servicing of existing AHU motor of capacity upto 25 HP including fan after disconnecting electric connection from motor terminal and opening the motor cover, re-metalling the bearing housing shaft, replacing with new bearings of existing size, cleaning , re assembling including transportation from existing location to workshop and back, refixing of electrical connections, testing after repair , refixing of blower belt, alignment with blower with motor structural frame work and complete painting, recommissioning all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Welding/cutting of MS Pipe/Rail/MS flanges etc at various locations of AC Plants including with all necessary tools and equipements all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace digital Ammeter 1/5A, 3 phase all as specified and directed. Make : L&T or equivalent

M&L for Servicing of electric panel of AC plant including cleaning of the electric panel by blower, tightning of control cable terminations, cable glands, end termination crimping by skilled Electricians and helpers, with neccessary T&P for checking and make good functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Minor spares up to 500 Rs per unit shall be included in the above quoted rate

Supply and fix electric shock proof floor mat near electric panel in AC plant of suitable size 2m x 1m of min thickness 10mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge

Supply and fix vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete incl dismantling of existing tiles/ granite/ stone etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, Checking of existing condition of air ducts making the arrangement of visualization and the process for disinfection for Indoor air quality of AC ducts including plenum box, supply air, return air ducts with robotic camera, compressed air with flipper, HEPA Negative machine, air compressor, various types of air nozzles all as specified and as directed

M & L Sanitization of ducts by using fogging machine, Bio-cides so as to avoid fungal/Bacterial formation inside the ducts of AHU units/AHU rooms by using with permissable chemicals with suitable equipments complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 24 Gauge(0.63mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 22 Gauge(0.80mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete.

Supply and fixing of Thermal Insulation having 19 mm thickness on ducts/ceiling not exposed to sunlight using Closed Cell Class O Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 - 60 Kg/m3, T using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents including aluminium cladding with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing 26 gauge GI cladding B105on external surface of supply/return air ducts including all fitting and fixtures and scaffolding equipments complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for checking and testing of existing cooling tower OEM/authorised agency and replacing the wornout parts of the cooling tower of make and model existing at site for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of induced draft top discharge counterflow type FRP Cooling Tower of 50 TR capacity (Rectangular/Round bottle shape) with FRP body and base, water spray headers, cooling tower fills, fan with motor, supporting base frames, as per manufacturer's standard instructions at Antenna Park AC plant complete all as specifed and directed. Note: (i) Cooling tower shall be made out with FRP type body with thickness 4-5mm and water basin with thickness 6-7mm, PVC filling with integral louvers and drift eliminator, fitted with spray nozzles of having self rotating type sprinklers, statically and dynamically balanced counter flow type fan direct driven with TEFC squirrelcage induction motor, necessary LT electrical armoured cables connections from existing LT panel to cooling tower along with suitable capacity MCB switch gears, suction screen, makeup quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections with necessary valves and suitable inspection lader, access arrangement for cooling tower interior complete duly factory painted, erected on RCC raft foundation anti-vibration mountings etc complete as specified by manufacturer and with necssary PCC hard standing and paver blocks around the area of cooling tower not less than 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) The surface clearance adjacent to the existing cooling tower (location for new cooling tower) including demoliton of old existing supports if any to be cleaned before installation works. The rate for the same deemed to be included inthe quoted rate. (iii) RCC raft foundation works requires to erect the cooling tower with suitable height, size with anti vibration mountings etc complete as specified by the OEM shall be provided to match with the existing cooling towers. Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the design drawings of RCC raft foundation as per site requirement duly recommended by OEM for approval of GE. The rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. The tenderer should visit the site to check site/ soil conditions to design the RCC raft foundation before bidding the tender. (iv) Reducer to connect the condenser pipe with cooling tower also shall be provided by the contrcator as per OEM specification. The rate for the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate. (v) Any special items/ accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
