SCHEDULE `A' PART-IX MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS: (Note for items 9 to 32: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Taking down existing split A/C indoor and outdoor unit of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 TR complete, including fixture and fittings such as metal plates, copper pipe, out door stand etc. removing materials and depositing to MES store for keeping in safe custody and refixing the same as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old LT cable with junction boxes and DBs etc. and depositIng to MES store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED down lighter 15 Watt, round shaped, recess mountedwith IP-20 protection, minimum lumen output of 1500 lumens and minimum system efficiancy>100 lumen/watt, beam angle 120 degree with PF>0.95 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The light should have CRI > 80 of cool white or warm white colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED down lighter 2X2, 36 Watt, square shaped recess mounted with IP-20 protection, minimum lumen output of 5700 lumens and minimum system efficiancy>115 lumen/watt, beam angle 90 degree with PF>0.95 and UGR<19 complete all as specified and directed. Note:The light should have CRI > 80 of cool white or warm white colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED decorative down lighter 5 Watt, square/ round shaped, recess mounted with IP-20 protection, minimum lumen output of 350 lumens and minimum system efficiancy>70 lumen/watt, beam angle 90 degree with PF>0.95 and UGR<19 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The light should have CRI > 80 of cool white or warm white colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix wall mounting fans 400 mm sweep, single phase, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix vertical load line TPN DB double door complete encloser type (TPN) six way 415 Volts with IP 65 protection complete, including the following: Incoming side: (a) MCCB of 125 amps 4 pole 25 KA, 50 Hz Outgoing side: (a) 40 Amp MCB TP 10 KA, C-Series- 06 nos for outgoing including complete grouting on wall with nut and bolt properly and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix vertical load line TPN DB double door complete encloser type (TPN) six way 415 Volts with IP 65 protection complete, including the following: Incoming side: (a) MCCB of 125 Amps 4 pole 25 KA, 50 Hz Outgoing side: (a) 6-32 Amp MCB SP 10 KA, C-Series- 12 nos (b) 40 Amp MCB SP 10 KA, C-Series- 06 nos for outgoing including complete grouting on wall with nut and bolt properly and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix SPN DB double door complete encloser type (SPN) Eight way of capacity 220-230 Volts with IP 65 protection complete, including provision of incoming MCB SPN of capacity 40 Amp and out going SP- 6-32 Amp 6 nos complete including complete grouting on wall with nut and bolt properly and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Suppy and fix new generation energy saving and envionmental friendly, long life, versatile 25 Watt building security luminaire, pressure die-cast aluminium, IP-66 with high power LED as light source with acrylic cover including driver and GI bracket of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Light should have minimum lumen output of 2500 lumens and minimum system efficiancy>100 lumen/watt, PF>0.90. The light should have a colour temp of 6500 K & CRI >70 of cool white.

Supply and fix flood light luminaries, 120 watt, die cast aluminium with IP-66 protection including driver complete all as specified and directed. Note: Light should have minimum lumen output of 12000 lumens and minimum system efficiancy>100 luman/watt., PF>0.90. The light should have a colour temp of 6500 K & CRI >70 of cool white.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing factory made and tested, CPRI approved, LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) of size 3(L) x 3(H) x 1.5(W) in feet, outdoor type, mounted on rigid angle iron frame, suitable size, having independent compartment for insulated aluminium bus bar, incoming feeder and each out going feeder, dust and vermin proof, factory made, fabricated out of not less than 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with IP-65 protection suitable for 3 Phase 415 volts 50 Hz, AC supply, bus bar chamber with aluminium bus bar of 200 Amp rating for 3 phase and neutal 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeves as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulators- 01 Set, Cable glands with independent plates at bottom for each outgoing and incoming cables in cable alley and complete board painted with powder coating in siemens grey colour front and rear opening type with double door shutter and locking arrangement including provision of 65 mm Godrej (freedom) lock with 2 keys, suitable aprons for cable entry/ exist, including taking down and refixing of exisiting cable properly with lugs and thimable all as approved and comprising as under:

Labour only for manual boring under road/ drain for inserting 80 mm dia light grade GI tubing as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply and laying of pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item of the schedule.

Supply and fix chain link fencing, MS galvanised, of any size and shape, for transformer protection with clear distance around transformer, with two side opening, including excavation, MS angle iron posts, drilling holes, fixing with nuts and bolts or welding and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading loose filling of aggregates of size 40 mm to 80 mm graded, at electric LT panel and transformer site complete all as specified and directed.

AIR CONDITIONING

Supply and fix VRF system of capacity 4.5 TR/ 6 HP with one No. outdoor unit and two No.s indoor units of capacity 2 - 2.5 TR per unit, cassette type with inverter technology, auto cleaning system and air quality controller, variable speed type using environment friendly refrigerant 407A or any other eco-friendly refigerant including all accessories like copper pipe, drain system complete, indoor unit to be fixed on false ceiling including proper fixing of chamber and junction unit complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Outdoor unit shall be properly fixed on angle iron stand. (ii) Rate of extra drain pipe required shall be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing arrangement of indoor and outdoor unit incuding required civil work. (iv) Amount of copper pipe of other size required as per manufacturer specifications shall be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fix tower AC of capacity 4 ton complete with indoor and outdoor unit with cordless remote control unit, three phase, 415 V, 50 Hz complete with inverter technology, auto cleaning system and air quality controller, variable speed type using environment friendly refrigerant R-32 or any other eco-friendly refigerant including all accessories like copper pipe, drain system complete, outdoor unit to be fixed on wall or roof complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper pipe/ tubing of size 1/2" with suitable foam armour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper pipe/ tubing of size 3/4" with suitable foam armour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper pipe/ tubing of size 5/8" with suitable foam armour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper pipe/ tubing of size 1" with suitable foam armour complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE: Amount of credit of Rs. 16,800.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No. 54 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
