Banker Details

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work of Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Air Dampers OR Air Handling Units for HVAC connected Equipments in any Thermal power station / Major industries / Utilities of worth Rs. 4 Lakh (Exclusive of GST) in single work order during last 5 years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof of this the agency shall upload One Work Order Copy and corresponding Work done certificate of similar work carried out, issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer for KPCL and Executive Engineer and above or equivalent in case of other organizations.(Work done of previous year shall be given weightage at 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year).Similar Work means: Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Air Dampers or Air Handling Units for HVAC connected Equipments.

Bidder should be OEM in Air Handling System equipments, as a proof the bidder should upload valid Registration certificate issued by the Competent Authority. OR Bidder should be OES in Air Handling System equipments, as a proof the bidder should upload valid Authorization/dealership letter from OEM in Air Handling System equipments/HVAC connected equipments. OR Bidder should be a Service Provider/Agency having carried out Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Air Dampers OR Air Handling Units for HVAC connected Equipments. As proof of this the bidder should upload Company Registration Certificate and a work order copy of similar work carried out in Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Air Dampers or Air Handling Units for HVAC connected Equipments.

Bidder in its name should have in the last five years achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 9.00 lakhs(Inclusive of GST). As a proof, the tenderer shall furnish Annual Turnover Certificate duly certified by Chartered Accountant. Turnover of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.
