Pole Shaft : SS conforming to BSEN 10025, Octagonal, continuously Tapered with single longitudinal welding, Polo to be provided with rigid flange plate with provision of fixing 4 Nos. foundatlon bolts.The Pole should be Hot Dip galvanlzed. Door Opening : Door of 500mm length at the elevation of 500mm from Base plate, weather proof with suitable locking arrangement, inside the Pole one no. 6Amp SP MCB and 4 Way Power Terminals block DMC 25A On Bakelite sheet, Earthing stud to be provided in the bottom of the pole. Bracket for fixing Luminaries: Ring Type Bracket should be made of specified Gl heavy duty pipe with minimum 1000 mm dia and 48 mm dia suitable for mounting 04 Nos. LED light mounting.

Foundation Construction of suitable reinforced foundation as per standard design With 1:1.5:3 cement concrete M-20 grade for the above high mast considering soil bearing capacity of at site as 10T/Sqmtr, 1000mm below GL and 300mm above GI Size : 600 mmx 600 mm (Cross Section)

Cable & Wire Supplying & delivery of XLPE insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cable for working voltage upto 1100 Volts of following sizes, [Make: Polycab/ Nicco/ Havell's/ Gloster/ Havells] 2 Core 10 Sqmm (fedder pillar to Pole terminal block).

Laying of one No, cable underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos, bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of 01 no. cable after cutting floor/pavement/ Wall/ and making holes incl. embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing tho rubbish. Avarage Depth:75mm

Supplying and fixing compression type gland and finishing those for following XLPE/PVC armoured cables (2/4/3.5) core as per GS. 2 Core 10 sqmm

Finishing of the PVC Insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

Supplying & fixing of 40mm GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings as per GS.

Supplying and Dravwing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe as per GS.(Finolex/Polycab/Gloster/RR Kable). a) 2X(1.5 sqmm)+1 X (1.5 sqm) (loop connector of LED flood Light).

Finishing of the PVC Insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes elc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

Supplying and fixing polythene pipe complete with fittings as necy under ceiling/ beam, bound with 22 SWG GI binding wire incl. supplying and drawing 1x18 SWG GI Wire as fish wire inside the pipes and fittings and providing 50 mm dia disc of MS sheet (20 SWG) having colour paint at one face fastened at the load point end of the polythene pipe with fish wire (synchronizing with roof/beam casting work of building construction). b) 25 mm dia 3 mm thick Polythene pipe.

Earthing Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long with By ISI-Medium GI Pipe as per GS.

Earth Continuty Conductor No. 8 SWG.
