Canteen activity during A & G Shift

Preparation and distribution of Breakfast (Approx. 150Nos) &Snacks ( samosa/ kachori etc (Approx. 250Nos) ) at 10:30 Hours daily in A shift as schedule mentioned in technical specifications. Tea should be prepared during the A shift as per demand and schedule.

Preparation and distribution of Lunch (Approx. 130Nos)as schedule mentioned in technical specifications (consisting of Dal, Rice, Chapati/assorted breads, 1 fresh vegetable subzi, 1 curry, Salad) per head, per day

Cleaning of all utensils including plates, bowl used during the breakfast/ snacks/lunches canteen Tables, Chairs, hall, counter , Kitchen area of Canteen, Canteen and booth near Control room A shfit during and upkeeping the hyegine levels for preparation and distribution of food items in the canteen as mentioned technical specification of the tender.

Canteen activity during B Shift

Prepration and disitribution of Snacks like samosa/kachori approx 120 Nos etc including Tea in evening hours as mentioned technical specification of the tender. Tea should be prepared during the B shift as per demand and schedule.

Preparation and distribution of Dinner approx 20Nos as mentioned in technical specifications

Cleaning of all utensils including plates, bowl used during the snacks/Dinner, canteen Tables, Chairs, hall, counter , Kitchen area of Canteen and booth near Control room inB shfit during and upkeeping the hyegine levels for preparation and distribution of food items in the canteen as mentioned technical specification of the tender.

Canteen activity during C Shift

Prepration and disitribution of Snacks during night shift including Tea as mentioned technical specification of the tender. Tea should be prepared during the C shift as per demand and schedule.

Keep the materials ready for Prepration of breakfast in A shift as mentioned technical specification of the tender.

Cleaning of all utensils including plates, bowl used during the snacks/Dinner, canteen Tables, Chairs, hall, counter , Kitchen area of Canteen and booth near Control room inB shfit during and upkeeping the hyegine levels for preparation and distribution of food items in the canteen as mentioned technical specification of the tender.

Making arrangement, prepration and distribution of sweets (Approx 150 Nos) or additional quantity of lunch/dinner/snacks & Tea

Data operator for record keeping, canteen store management and cash book updating.

Up keeping & Maintenance of all records of bills, Ledger Book, maintaining the balance sheet related to canteen activities, daily entry of income from coupon selling & purchase of food materials, record of Milk & Vegetable including cooking Gas, distribution of raw materials of food materials for every shift consumption, maintain the raw food materials in store for at least one week. Canteen balance sheet shall be verified from Account section of HWPK on regular basis.

Supply & installation of min rating 1.5kW heating rods L /ring shape (Red Hot Condition in air) for Electric Tawa along with high Heat resistance Asbestos Sheet (min sheet 3mm thick)
