Earth work in Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning the stcked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm (Thirty isto thirty isto five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and heights propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centring in all below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation Footings, basis of columns etcetra and mass concrete including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidential as per drawings and technical specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement :four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40mm ( forty milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depth as per HPPWD specification, approved Drawings, design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (One cement isto One point five coarse sand) isto three graded stone aggregate 20 mm ( Twenty Millimeter nominal size) as per HPPWD specification, approved Drawings, design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying Tor/mild Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Tata, Tiscon/sail grade Fe-500D or more.for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level to all floor level complete as per HPPWD specifications, approved Drawing,design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Reinforced cement concrete work in moulding arches, archribs, domes, vaults, shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (One cement isto one point five coarse sand isto three graded stone aggregate 20 mm) ( Twenty Millimeter nominal size) curing complete as per HPPWD specifications, approved Drawing,design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 0.60mm ( Zero point Six Zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet ( ISI Marked Z-120) of TATA/DURASHINE/SAIL/RELIANCE/JINDAL over steel trussed in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 ( Twenty ) microns over 5 ( five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm ( Six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge as per approved drawing , design, specifications including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing pre-painted sheet ridge or hips 60cm (sixty centimetre) over all of kotar metal skin trapezoidal profiled sheeting 0.60mm cover with over all width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six) 28mm (twenty eight) crest depth at 353mm (three hundred fifty three) 2mm (two millimetre) C/C crest distance. There will be two ribs at the centre for stiffening heaving crest depth of 2.5mm (two decimal five millimetre) the main crest with at top zinc waiting top coat with regular modified polyster coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat 5.5mm (five decimal five millimetre) dia and 550mm (five hundred fifty millimetre) length with DPDM seal complete in all respect as per approved drawing design, specifications including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
