Brick masonry with F.P.S. brick of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth Level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1-Cement : 4-Sand).

Providing and laying damp proof course or coping with cement concrete Grade M- 15 (1:2:4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water proof compound complete as per specification 50mm thick.

Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 12 mm thick
