Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but exluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved as plan exc 6m mean radiusbuilt in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on Brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No 5.00 above but 1st coat of 10 mm thick in CM(1:6) and above 5mm thick in CM (1:4) as a 2nd coat of rendering with WPC complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be paid separately)

Material and labour for preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat primer including 1mm thick plaster of paris putty on new surfaces complete all as specified.

Material and labour for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood polymer Composite) Solid door/window/ceosetory window/ & other frames/Chowkhat of size 45x70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS Screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg /cum, screw withdrawal strenght of 2200N (face) & 1100N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm Sqr, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm Sqr and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in positon with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note :- For WPC solid door / window frame, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension ie. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fixing pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm for doors made out of PBC sheet 1.25mm thick with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain framed factory made paneled shutters with panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply 12mm thick veneering on both veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. Supply and fixing Solid PVC door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube , suppling but single side prelam PVC Sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 30 mm factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rail,MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded but wood grain printed PVC sheet used but Single Side Prelam PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet and stile & rails having one side feathered edge and on other side 10mm 900 bent edge. and fixing in the frame and site as specification complete all as specified. Material and labour for PCC padding average 40 mm thick to be provided in slope PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for APP Polymeric water proofing treatment with mineral finish to roof, at any height using membrane minimum 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 kg per sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt weighting not less than 150 gms per sqm with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 ltr per sqm, torching ovarlaps with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 100mm at the side on transverse direction and 150mm at the ends on longitudinal direction and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm below APP specified andd directed. (Note:- 3% constant or as per manufactured specification.)

Material and labour cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick ,set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/roof with grey cement and pigments over & including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying UV stable single component Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra is a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylics fibres and having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106 on top of conrete roof surfaces in three coat including self primar at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 and covrage @ 1 Ltr / Sqm with a thickness of 650 micron, the vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under : Min Elongation at breck of 350%, Resists positive hydrostatic pressure of upto 10 bars, crack bridging ability of 2.5 mm at 650 microns. The material shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge/Consultant. (Note : 6 Hrs interval between two coat will be maintain & the work will be carried out through Company applicator duly got approved from GE in writing before incorporation) and will be Paid only after receiving of the warrenty certificate from the Company.

Demolition on reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specficially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) Precast cement concrete cover slab for tank staging, manhole cover and similar article with plain face, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking ,bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking bends and binding with including mild steel wire (annealed) not-less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing RCC projection chajjas, roof, facia etc. by necessary preparation, scraping, cutting, chiseling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and reinforcement with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per Sqm but n.exc 3Kg/Sqm (if required) with or without facia and finished with cement morte 1:3 using coarse sand and work in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm and thickness RCC member n.exc 70mm incl necessary formwork and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite TreatmentAlong the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ .5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out existing filling from construction /crumble joints of width exceeding 40mm and n. exc 65mm, upto required depth as specified by special tools like concrete cutter, wire, coir brushes/machines and joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air,making free from all the loose material i.e dirt, dust grease, existing sealing compound, filler board (as required ) including aluminum sheet of existing compound racked upto full depth of joints etc and material and labour for filling with seltex board with polyurethane joint sealant single component to a depth 10 mm depth above the backop rod with minimum performance guarantee of 05 yrs and minimum movement accomodation factor (maf)+/-30 % confirming to the requirement of BS :5212 and EN-141875-2003 for hydrolysis/water resistance test including two coats pf primer and filling the balanced racked depth of joints with backup material i.e ht packing , so that no gaps or void exist at the top of backup material separated by bond breaker tape over suitable sizeHD 10 filler board in position where requied and as per maufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Internal Electric Supply Works

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring for (light, fan , socket or power and bell) complete including unserviceable fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, holders, sockets bell etc. and making good the distrubed surfaces on wall/floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down MCB DB TPN/SPN/ and load of any make and type inclduing dismantling all electrical connections from MCBs/MCCB/isolators and making good the distrubed surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down old existing light fitting of any description from any position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking up the existing electric fan/Exhaust fan and submitted to MES office and refixing the same complete with all accessories complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down old existing meter box carefully with meter and refixing meters in proposed meter box complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old existing sub main wiring of any description from any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring using proper colour coding complete with 1100 Volts grade 1.5 Sq.mm, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor with ISI mark FRLS grade, conforming to IS-694 in and including PVC medium grade conduit not less than 25mm dia. Supply and fixing, installation, commissioning and testing polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made 4 Nos meter pannel the panel shell be made of polycarbanate thermoplastic enclosers wich should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4.The meter panel should beanti acid, anti corrosive & fully transparnet door for meter vision. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 ( 5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of his CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assemble by OEM, channel partner or sister concerned assmbly will not accepted. DEGREE OR INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of ployurethane. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of plycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily tempreature rise, dielectric properties, short circuit withstand current- rated peak & short time withstand current and rated conditional short circuit current effectiveness of protective circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test report for polycarbonate thermoplastic board only. Each board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The panel should passed glow wire test 960º C in accordance with 60685-2-11 (flame retardant and self-extinguishing). One main incomer MCCB 40A TPN 25KA Thermal/Magnetic release with spreader link. MCCB/MCB Nob operated by filp cover. Indicatore provided on each phase, Provision of four Nos single phase digital sub-meters. Output supply by MCB SP 32 Amp 5 Nos meter enclosures & enclosures accessories as per RAL 7035. Ten Nos terminal block provided for output supply.

External Electric Supply Works

Taking Out old unserviceable LT UG of sizes cross sectional area upto 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laid in tranches/floors or fixed on wall for cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 3.5 core including fixing materials like lugs,cable glands etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 161.00 but of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core ( For Pole to LT Panel) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in layers including leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick (punned down to 100 mm thick) after laying of cable in trenches/ducts complete all as specified. Note: Punned down thicknes (overall 18 cm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 300x180x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised iron tubes 40 mm bore, light grade for protection of cable with & including all fittings fixed to wall, pole or laid in road/floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out of old unserviceable gate / globe valve complete accessories from existing pipe line of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and laying galvanised iron pipe of size 25 mm dia bore medium class ISI marked including all necessary fittings and duly laying through in trenches/on wall/under hardstanding path / road etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- (Excavation / earthwork for pipe line system shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items)

Supply and fixing brass gate valve /GM globe valve of size 25 mm dia bore ISI marked with having iron wheel head screwed both ends complete all as specified and directed.
