Repair, maintenance, servicing and overhauling of Altoc dozing pump system complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoted shall be inclusive of removing blockage of chlorine residuals from injector pipelines, cleaning of NRV, nozzles and proper washing of FRP bucket/tank/container, minor repair of agitator and minor spares such as pump tube,Injection check valve,suction line strainer,white suction/dischage tubing,Check valve, Connecting nuts 3/8'' with adapter clips etc. and any other miscellanoues repair work etc.

Rewinding of Altoc dozing motor of any size with super enameled copper wire including burnt winding and refixing the same all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite, dry free flowing and free from lumps and should not induce substances beyond acceptance limit in treated and disinfected water and packed in 45 Kg drums complete all as specified and as directed with following specifications:- (a) Available chlorine - Min 55% (b) Stability - Loss of chloride on basis of available chloride,Max 1/15 (c) Particle size (passing through 1.70mm IS sieve) - 99.5% Min (d) Water insoluble matter - 6% Max (e) Calcium Hydroxide - 4% Max (f) Sodium Chloride - 15% Max

Testing of water received from KWA water for physical,chemical and bacteriological analysis as per IS: 10500-1991 from accredited lab of PHED or central Govt licenced authorised labs and submitting test result sheet to AGE E/M office for further record complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for painting the outer surface of the pressure filter of capacity 28 Cum/hr with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint after preparing the surface dust and oil free complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair nylon wire mesh on mouth of exhaust pipe of UG sump/well with necessary hose clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair/maint/servicing of pressure filter of capacity 28 Cum/hr by draining out complete water and remove all the filter media (sand & pebbles) and cleaning the internal surfaces and applying one coat of ani corrosive bituminous paint and re-assemble the filter media after duly washing/cleaning with fresh water complete incl testing complete all as specified and as diected.

Material and labour for Mild steel,plain,black sheet 2.5 mm thick in wall cladding,steel gates and similar works,cut to size,holes punched,including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams,including bending or turning up,mitred angle etc as required complete all as specified and as directed for valve chamber cover incl dismantling of old corroded MS cover.

Material and labour for mild steel frame work conforming to FE-410-W (Grade E-250 quality A) such as doors ,ladder or gates of angle iron or other section including braces rails etc.complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc.prepared for hanging or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door devices complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for appling two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preperation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kneelers,apex stones,bed plates etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable Sluice Valve complete and Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve of size 150mm flanges and drilled type PN-1.6 as per IS -14846 including hand wheel, bolts, nuts and jointing materials complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable Sluice Valve complete and Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve of size 100mm flanges and drilled type PN-1.6 as per IS -14846 including hand wheel, bolts, nuts and jointing materials complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of valve controll system with level sensor and 25/40/50mm actuator/solenoid valve for tank water control incl taking up old valve controller complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying on wall/ floor/in trench 3 x 1.5 sq mm PVC sheathed and PVC insulated flexible copper cable, FRLSH incl taking up old cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying on wall/floor in trench 5 pair 0.5 sq mm PVC sheathed and PVC insulated, armoured FRLSH copper cable incl taking up old cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying HDPE/DWC PVC pipe of 40mm dia (external dia) for cable protection etc incl taking up old DWC pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning,filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, install and connection of 25mm outer dia CPVC SDR 11 pipes and plain SDR 11 fittings on duct/walls/ceiling or laying in floors incl taking up old pipes complete all as specified and as directed.
