SP-0 = SP-1 + SP-2 Total Lump-sum Price on turnkey basis for Cooling Towers having 3 cells, with each cell capacity 4000 m3/hr & Cooling Water Treatment Plant & its associated facilities on lumpsum turnkey basis with single point responsibility including but not limited to Project Manageme nt, planning, scheduling, monitoring, design & detailed engineering, Supply including - Procurement services of all equipment/ Materials, Third party Inspection, all material required for fabrication and transportation, Chlorine dioxide and Chemical dosing system for cooling water treatment including Chemicals, consumables, chlorine dioxide, lubricants required for commissioning, trial runs, PGTR and for six months of operation after commissioning of Cooling Tower and Cooling water tr eatment plant, “Supply of Man power for Monitoring, running and maintenance of chemical dosing system and its associated facilities for six months and one month of trail run of cooling tower after commissioning”, commissioning spares, mandatory spares, spares for start-up / pre-commissioning / commissioning; Providing training to OWNER’S operating staff during trial run, special tools & tackles, consumables . Third Party Inspection, transportation, receipt, accounting, storing & preservation of materials including all other activities incidental to procurement and supply, Construction(including excavation of rock, if any, by controlled blasting/chemical blasting method after taking all statutory approvals), Fabrication, Erection, Installation, Testing, Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and conducting Performance Guarantee Test Run, Complete Chemical Dosing System for cooling water treatment including any balance field engineering; as per provisions of Bidding Document ; supply of all labour, materials, tools & tackles, providing construction aids and all safety devices for construction, all complete as per Bidding Document and direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

SP-1: Lump-sum Price for Supply for completion of scope of work asper Bidding Document (SP-1) Notes: (1) The minor materials for Mechanical Equipment, Electrical, Instrumentation which are required in connection with site installation activities are included under Supply Portion Form SP-1 / Form SP-3 in relevant items. (2) Bidder to furnish further breakup of Form SP-1 in Form SP-3 in terms of % of total supply price quoted in Form SP-1, in unpriced part of their Bid, which is enclosed in the Bidding document in PDF with File Name Price Break Up.
