Dismantling of brick or terracing tiles of single layers on roofs including old tarfelt and bedding under it and removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking out old tarfelt including bedding layer under it, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including leeping plaster and removal of the same outside defence land for disposal complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thickness PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling padding course over RCC roof surface mixed with and including approved water proofing compound liquid base all as per manufacturer's instructuion, surface to be finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges to mix type B1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial primer Bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 3 mm thick APP(Atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished, reinforced with Non-woven polyster matt make as approved over roof consisting of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25º C temperature and viscocity 70-160 Cps. over the primer coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @1.2 ltr /kg, the layer membrane shall be using butane torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufactuter's instructions all as specified and directed. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : - (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 25º C as 650/450 N/5 Cms. (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N/5 Cms. Softening point of membrane not less than 150º C cold flexiblility up to 20º when tested in accordance with ASTM (D-5147). (iii) The laying of membrane shall be carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicator only with Gurantee of 10 years by contractor.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles , bedded in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick and joints, grouted in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8.00 here-in-above but except brick tiles, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - Brick tiles as obtained from item No 1.00 here-in-above shall be used.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and not exceeding 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10.00 above but exceeding 500 and n.exc. 1000 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc tank size exc 250 and n.exc. 500 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12.00 above but exc 500 and not exceeding 1000 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 15 above but except bricks including cleaning, removing mortar from the bricks complete all as spd in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall/concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer over newly plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of timber scantling 40sqcm and over in section in any position framed work complete all as directed.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for wind ties for roof including securing bolts, cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC corrugated, semi corrugated sheet including ridges etc. in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets, in patches, fixed with L or J type hook bolts in roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing prepainted aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for AC two piece adjustable Serrated ridge fixed with L type or J type hook, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15 dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15cm and n exc 22.5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards /slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring/ adjusting existing false ceiling grid any type and making reqd tightening to remove sag portion/ depression in false ceiling grid including replacement of missing sections/suspenders etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 12mm Perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework including prepration of surface and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer on visible face of board (Used in patches after repairing/resecuring/adjusting existing ceiliing grid missing/ broken ceiling tiles) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI Metal Suspended Ceiling System at all heights of Perforated with Fleece 600x600x0.5mm TEULAR EDGE TILES in global white Powder Coated with 60-70 Micron front coating laid on 24mm wide Tee grid – strong section flanges colour white having stitching on the Main Runner, 600 mm and 600 mm Cross Tees with web height of 26mm. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 100%, with Light Reflection of 62%. The main runner spaced at 600 mm max (centre to centre) securely fixed to the structural soffit . Hangers (GI wire of 4 mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc at 600x600 intervals as appropriate height,.The First/Last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 600mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners to form 600 x 600 mm with grid module(24X38X0.3mm).Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 600 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x22x22mm, secured to walls at 450mm max (centre to centre), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rajshri brand PVC false ceiling consisting of 600mmX600mm, 5mm(+ 0.25) thick plain embossed PVC sheet of density 600 Kg/Cbm manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium T-section of sizes 1" x1" (25mmX25mm,1mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2'X2'(600mmX600mm). The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and G.I. wire / 4mm MS rods of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminium frame work is supported on the side wall with the use of aliminium L- Section of size 1"X1" (25mmX25mm, 1mm thick) Angles etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge, Manufacturer, s specification and drawing.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC rain water pipe type 'A' single socketed(ISI Marked) any length with rubber ring joints , complete fittings etc fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC bend type 'A' any radius with or with out access doors etc, completed as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V- section in existing roofs or terracing ,cleaning out, wetting , grouting with cement and sand slurry in 1:3, completed as specified and directed.

S&F for supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring light/fan/sockets out let/power point complete (fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendent holders, light fittings etc. are to be measured separately) and/or drawing out from existing conduit/batten and making good disturbed surface of walls/floors/ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLSH, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with FRLSH )accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling and including provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLSH 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS-5139(pt-I) of 1969 and IS:14772-2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally including provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover extended up to 25 mm over sunken box for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan point controlled by one switch.
