PROVISION OF DRAIN COVER WITH RCC SLABS ALONG NCS, KG PRIMARY, SECONDRY AND KV-1 SCHOOL AT NAUSENA BAUGH VISAKHAPATNAM

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exe 100 m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, desk slabs and in shelves. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work n exc 200 mm thick ( horozontal or slopping) for rough finished surface flat or curved of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab (For manhole etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 8 but except brick complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks obtain from item no 2 here in before shall be reused

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in retaining walls, abutments and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 10 but except stone complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stone obtain from item no 2 here in before shall be reused

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 Gde E-250 work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of flooring/hard standing, etc, and finished the cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and placing in position of required thickness factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular covers of size 1.15 m x 0.40m x 0.10m, on drains of footpath , of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work , including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6mm thick, 100mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat, reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos , 12mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item no 20 here-in-before but of size 0.90m x0.45m x0.09 m complete all as specified and directed

M&L for excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified

Removing excavated materials exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and as directed.
