Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

Demolition cement concrete(un reinforced)in ground floor and packing n exc 15 cm thickness (bellower above ground level)complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Roof,floors(Other than ground floors ) beams,Staircase ,landing chajja, and similar suspended work in cement concrete is reinforforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilotate demolition complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated,semi corrugated etec ) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 Mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

Removing Cement mortar or cement lime mortarr from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no 7 above but expect bricks complete all as specified and directed

M & L Galvalised mild steel wire netting of chicken wire mesh 0.46 mm nominal dia of wire & 10 mm mesh size all as spd fixed to wallsroof etc & directed by Engr-in-charge.
