CONVERSION REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF CHARPOY GI PIPE AT BSO AHMEDABAD

Charpoy GI Pipe ply top (FD-220) of size 1980x900x430mm: Dismantling / removing the following UNSV components and S&F new components / Parts complete.

Removing the existing unserviceable nylon newar / plywood top from charpoy GI with all fittings & tightening / refitting of frame by all the check nuts, elbow, long rails, short rails and legs to hold the charpoy tight

Plytop of 12mm fit to size with 10 Nos per charpoy mild steel 6mm dia 75mm long screw bolt (Machine made) hexagonal or square head or round headed with nut and washer.

Stiffener 03 Nos made out of MS flat iron 50 x5 mm thick at equal distance in between long rails with ‘L’ shaped bend at both end up to 32mm fixed with round headed counter sunk screws and bolts of size 3mm dia 75mm long (total 06 Nos) after drilling suitable hole to long rail fixed rigidly of the 32mm bore GI charpoy and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer

GI elbow (32mm dia) ISI marked three way medium grade weight not less than 450 gms each.

GI checknut 32mm dia medium grade weight not less than 35 gms each.

Long rail 32mm dia medium grade long rail of length 1.9 mtr including cutting, threading one side upto 25 mm long at end & other side to 50 mm long at end for GI Charpoy (Note: Long Rails are screwed fully in the angle elbow)

Short rails for GI Charpoys 32mm dia made out of from broken long rails obtained from srl item No. 1.06 above including cutting & threading 25 mm long side end rails and fixed to Charpoy GI pipe complete. (Note: Short Rails are screwed fully in the angle elbow)

Legs for GI Charpoys 32mm dia made out from broken short rails obtained from Srl item No. 1.07 above including cutting, threading and fixing and providing of 5mm thick MS Plate of dia 50mm at bottom of legs by welding duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (Note: Legs are screwed fully in the angle elbow)
