Material and Labour for dismantling both side end cover & MS pipeline of evaporator and condenser, leakage test of the chiller unit screw type of capacity 120 TR Make : Voltas (model No:ACEGWFVXR1201MLP2, minimum cond test pressure (pneumatic) shell side 275 PSIG & tube side 165 PSIG, minimum evaporator test pressure (pneumatic) shell side 275 PSIG & tube side 165 PSIG, compressor motor 80 kW refrigerant R134a capacity 362880 KCAL/HR Chiller : model No. C1LR-2P, design pressure tube side 100 PSI at 150ºF, shell side 300 PSI at 150ºF, pneumatic test pressure tube side 125 PSI shell side 300 PSI, Condenser : Model No : A3LR-2P, design pressure tube side 100 PSI at 150ºF, shell side 300 PSI at 150ºF, pneumatic test pressure tube side 125 PSI shell side 300 PSI, Compressor : VLX410 AVI, Lubricant - CPI-120 weight 730 Kg hydrostatic pressure test 42 kg/sqcm, pneumatic test pressure 28 kg/sqcm) complete and fixing the cock and repairing the leakage with replacement of worn out /unserviceable parts including dehydration work for the Chiller circuit, condensor, compressor and reassembling the same after complete repair with accessories as nut, bolts, washers etc including testing and commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Repair/maintenance work of chiller unit to be done by the authorised representative of OEM i.e. Voltas only and after repair tesing will be carried out in presence of OEM & certificate of serviceability will be provided by OEM.

Material and labour for vaccuming and pressure testing of evaporator and condeser after rectifying the leakages complete, thereafter charging of refrigerant gas and commissioning of the complete system by the authorised representative of OEM i.e. Voltas. Note :- (i) For make, model and capacity of plants and spare please refer BOQ item srl No 1. (ii) Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid for separately against relevent item of BOQ.

Material and labour for replacement of leaked/damaged copper tubes (01 to 04 Nos as per site requirement) complete by the authorised representative of OEM i.e. Voltas. Note :- (i) For make, model and capacity of plants and spare please refer BOQ item No 1. (ii) Cost of supplying copper tubes deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for replacement of oil filter complete by the authorised representative of OEM i.e. Voltas. Note :- (i) For make, model and capacity of plants and spare please refer BOQ item No 1.

Material and labour for disconnecting of compressor from base including removing the suction valve, discharge valve, liquid injection valve, vapour injection line,oil valve& refrigerant piping, removing the terminal bolts by disconnecting the control wiring & power cable complete, Material and labour for Loading/unloading compressor from base to ground lifting, shifting, transporttion from site to workshop local/intercity as required and unloading in workshop complete and collecting of compressor from local/intercity transport, loading-unloading from city to site, lifting & shifting of compressor in plant room, shifting of comprssor from ground to compressor base, transportation charges from local/intercity workshop etc complete Note :- (i) For make, model and capacity of plants and spare please refer BOQ item srl No 1.

Supply and fixing for replacement of all dryer filters from suction and discharge line complete. Note :- (i) For make, model and capacity of plants and spare please refer BOQ item srl No 1. (ii) Cost of dryer filter deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for servicing of electric panel, compressor contactor, checking and setting the control wiring/interlocking, safety controls of PLC, mother board card/EXV card etc complte. Note :- (i) For make, model and capacity of plants and spare please refer BOQ item srl No 1.

Supply and charging the refrigerant gas R134a in the system and recommissioning of the screw chiller including interlocking of system with pumps , setting the controls and observe precisely complete. Note :- (i) For make, model and capacity of plants and spare please refer BOQ item srl No 1. (ii) Test certificate will be provided by OEM.

Material and labour for dismantling of compressor, overhauling complete as per manufacturer norms incl supply and fixing of compressor bearings (suction and discharge), rewinding of compressor complete and replacement of motor sensor etc complete, reassembling of compressor testing and commissioning complete. Note :- (i) For make, model and capacity of plants and spare please refer BOQ item srl No 1.

Supply and charging of compressor oil CPI- 120. Note :- (i) For make, model and capacity of plants and spare please refer BOQ item srl No 1.

Supply and fixing of piston ring, guide ring and 'O' ring. Note :- (i) For make, model and capacity of plants and spare please refer BOQ item srl No 1. (ii) Test certificate will be provided by OEM. (iii) Fixing charge is included in BOQ item srl No. 09 Common notes for BOQ item srl No 1 to 11: - (i) Repair/maintenance work will be carried out by authorised rep of OEM. (ii) Plant make and model detail is provided in description of BOQ item srl No 1 (iii) After successful completion of work, plant will be tested in presence of authorised rep of OEM. (iv) Completion of work will be given only after successful completion of testing and test certificate will be duly signed by authorised rep of OEM, contractor, Engineer-in-charge.
