Annual maintenance of automatic solar blinking system traffic signage, as per following, as per direction of E.I.C.:- Specification of the system:- i) Pole:- 7.50 mtr. in length, made of Class B Medium MS pipe of ISI marked, painted with red oxide primer & two coats of Al. paint and Junction Box, fiber glass pole caps etc.. ii) Signaling system:- made of Polycarbonate, 300 mm dia. having LED display unit, visor lenses of appropriate colour brackets, frames, clamping bars etc. . iii) Blinker system:- Blinker module with transfer 6A & 10A MCB ML-2 Contactor two way signal aspect with 24V AC iv) Solar Panel:- Poly Crystalline Solar panel of 50W/12V power rating and size 666mm x 430mm x 35mm v) Charging system:- PVC charger controller 12V-10amp DC PWM along with battery (not less than 50AH) within a box welded at the side of pole Maintenance of the system:- a) All above, from (i) to (v), must be repaired/replaced within 2 days from occurrence of damaging b) Cleaning at above (ii), (iii) & (iv) must be done once in a fortnight with cleaning solution c) Checking of all above, from (i) to (v), must be done once in a fortnight including checking of alignment of the display head towards proper traffic direction d) Painting of the system with 1 coat RO & 2 coat enamel paint after proper scrubbing once in a year N.B.:- Payment will be done up on proper workmanship. A work record book will be maintained by the agency & all work will be recorded & certified by the T.I., NDTG or his/her authorized person. a) Single head pole
