Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting/ filling):- Earth work in Hill Road (Hill side cutting): Excavation in hilly area for Construction of road in all types of Soils, Rocks and E&B ect. As met at site, true to lines as per Pland, L-Section, Cross Slope, Super Elevation as required, also including uprooting & cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all Lifts & Leads required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in Drawings by mechanical means/manual means without otherwise damaging the Forest, Forest Land, Utilities, Private and Public Properties, including Slip clearance till the completion of the work.

Excavation for Structures:- Excavation in foundation for cross drainage structures, Retaining walls, brest walls, breast walls and other similar structure in all types of soils and rocks as met at site with all leads, lift and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer - in - Charge also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Construction of R. R . stone masonary in cement mortar 1:5 including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royaltyetc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specifications Clause 700 &1604. (R/W, B/W, Parapet, Culvert, Hume Pipe, Causeway, Bridge, Dry Scupper, Catchpit, drain etc.)

Construction of R. R. stone masonary laid dry including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royalty etc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specifications Clause 700 &1604. (R/W, B/W, Dry Scupper, Catchpit etc.)

HP stone filling in back of structures including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specification clause 1604.7. (R/W, B/W, Parapet, Culvert, Hume Pipe, Causeway, Bridge, Dry Scupper, Catchpit etc.)

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions (Zinc plus PVC coated), of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm,mesh wire diameter 2.7mm/3.7mm, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.4/4.4 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2/3.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions)

Cement plum Masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction

Providing edge stones on valley side of formation as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD Specification Clause 1608.4

Construction of unlined surface drains (trapezoidal) of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307.

Construction of C.R stone masonary laid in 1:4 cement sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royalty etc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specifications Clause 704.4.

Random Rubble stone masonary in Coolie walling including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications). No 520

Waterproofing on top compacted (as per relevant MoRD specification) sub Grade soil base with Organosilane Nanotechnology and nano acrylic co-polymer with water (<100ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1 kg. Organosilane Nanotechnology: 1 kg. nano acrylicco-polymer:200 liter water spray@3 liter/Sqm in two spray applications (1.5 liter+ 1.50 liter) as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Stabilized of Sub base/Base: providing , laying, spreading and Compacting in-site/borrow area soil /morrum of CBR>7% mixed with /without 30% of granular Grade-I/crushed stone material as per mix design. Application:(1) Rip and loosen the soil with tractor operated ripper/ rotovator upto depth of 200 mm. and add the aggregates as per mix design. (2) Apply 0.75-1.00 Kg. /cum. organosilane Nanotechnology Terrasil with OMG water (<100 ppm TDS) on loose soil with scarification and allow to dry. (3) Spread cement @ 3% by soil weight in treated and dry soil and mix uniformly by rotovator, (4) Apply 0.75- 1.00 Kg./cum. of Nano arcylic Co-Polymer Zycobond with OMC water (<100 ppm TDS) on loose soil-aggregate-cement with scarification, Grade roller machine. (5)Spread single layer of 13.2 and down size aggregates on the graded soil surface to form 20 mm thick embedded layer with the desired density. (7) Waterproofing the top compacted surface with organosilane and nano acrylic polymer in the ratio of 1 Kg. organosilane:1 kg nano Co-polymer:200 liter water(<1000ppm TDS) @ 3 liter/Sqm in two spray application (1.5 liter+ 1.5 liter). Rates all material, labour, hire charges of machenry etc. Complited as per MoRD specification and direction of engineer-in-charge.

Waterproofing on top of compacted Shoulder on both side of carriageway with Organosilane Nanotechnology & Nano acrylic co-polymer with water (<1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1 kg Organosilane Nanotechnology:1 kg Nano acrylic co-polymer :200 litter water spray @ 3 litter /sqm in two spray applications (1.5 litter + 1.5 litter) as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

WBM Grading 3-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means

Prime Coat:- preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application , IRC approved) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSS1 and water (<100 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1 kg. organo silane :100 kg. cationic bitumen emulsion CSS1:200 liter water. mixing and spraying: take 1 kg. of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg. catinic bitumen emulsin under circulation. Mix the solution completely. spray the solution @ 1.00 liter per sqm. on compected stone base. rates including all materials, labour, hire of machenry etc. Complete as per MoRD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Primix carpet: Providing, laying and rolling of premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm stone aggregates using VG-10 penetration grade bitumen mixed with silane nanotechnology @ 0.10% by weight of bitumen VG-10 grade@ 14.6 kg./10 sqm. to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity. finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type C as per technical specification clause 508 of MoRD and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Seal Coat: Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using Type B as per technical Specification clause 510 of MoRd with Vg-10 grade bitumen mixed with arganosilane nanotechnology @ .1% by weight of VG-10 bitumen laid as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

SEEDING AND MULCHING- Preparation of seed bed on previously laid top soil, furnishing and piacing of seeds, fertilizer. Mulching material, applying bituminous emulsion at the rate of 0.231 per sqm and laying and fixing jute netting, including watering for 3 months all as per clause 310 & S.No 8.11 MORD Specification 1600 & 300.

Protection of Loose place & Slope Protection- Providing fixing of maxfalt empty Drums including /Providing steel Bar @12 mm Dia two nos, horizontaly for interlocking with eart filling and placing properly in a row including all labour and material directed as per Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and fixing of kilometer stone as per standard drawing made of precast R:C:C 1:2:4 fixed with C.C 1:3:6 including excavation of pit, painting and printing letters on kilometer stone with two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved .
