Job contract for Operation Maintenance of E and M Installations Various Capacity of DG Sets at Katihar ACS for the year 2021-22

Providing Maintenance Services of Electrical & Mechanical Installations viz 11 KV power supply system of Substation/power house, transformers, 11 KV VCBs, AVRs & LT panels, fire alarm system, DG sets. covering the scope of operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ halfyearly/yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract shall be ensured round the clock by the aduquate manpower (ie. in three shifts basis, each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & Holidays at MSSR and DVOR site at katihar & as per direction of EIC.

Annual maintenance contract of following make DG sets ( Engine+Panel) including AMF panel with other accessories from OEM/authorised service agencies. Job includes monthly visit for carrying out preventive maintenance & attending any number of breakdown calls as & when required , minor repairs etc. as per manufacturer"s recomondations/standard practice and as per the scope of work, complete as required.

25 KVA soundproof Kirloskar Green DG set- 03 nos. ( one at MSSR & Two nos. at DVOR).

160 KVA DG set { Engine- Cummins model no 6BTA5.9 G5, Alternator -stampford } at MSSR Katihar.-01 no.

250 KVA DG set { Engine-Cummins model no 6CTA8.3 G4, Alternator - Crompton } at MSSR Katihar .- 01 no.

Supply of B-Checks kit & carried out of B-Check of following DG sets as given specification & terms & condition etc as required.

25 KVA soundproof Kirloskar Green DG set- 03 nos. ( one at MSSR & Two nos. at DVOR). B check kit consist of following materials as per under given below. (i) Air filter-01 (ii) Fuel filter-01(iii) Diesel filter-01(iv) Lube oil- 7.5 ltr (v) coolent-01.

160 KVA DG set { Engine- Cummins model no 6BTA 5.9G5, Alternator -stampford } at MSSR Katihar.(i) Air filter-01 (ii) Fuel filter-01(iii) Diesel filter-01(iv) Lube oil- 40.0 ltr (v) coolent-01.

250 KVA DG set { Engine-Cummins model no 6CTA8.3G4, Alternator - Crompton } at MSSR Katihar .(i) Air filter-01 (ii) Fuel filter-01(iii) Diesel filter-01(iv) Lube oil- 40.0 ltr (v) coolent-01.

Supply of 12volts 150 AH Lead maintenance free Battery make - Exide EP150 or equivalent.

Providing Maintenance Services of fire alarm systems installed at MSSR & auto dialer at DVOR, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance , maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract as per direction of EIC. ( Note:- Materials shall be provided by AAI).

Supplying & topping of new insulating transformer oil (ISI mark conforming to IS 335-1993) having BDV not less than 50 KV on existing 11kV transformer and also filterate etc. complete as required.

Servicing of ACBs of various make having capacity of 400A to 800A i/c drawing out of breaker, cleaning of all contact parts, applying gel, termination of all control wires etc. Repositioning the same, testing and commissioning the breaker, submission of reports etc complete as required.

Servicing of Kirloskar electric - Make, 11 KV VCBs i/c drawing out of breaker, cleaning of all contact parts, applying gel, termination of all control wires etc. Repositioning the same, testing and commissioning the breaker, submission of reports etc complete as required.

Calibration and testing of IDMT relays through secondary injection machine which is having valid calibration certificate and submission of test reports as required.

Calibration and testing of Buchlotz Relay for 11/.433 KV Indoor Oil Cooled Transformers and submission of test reports as required.
