Taking down damage wall plaster upto 30 cm height above the damp portion, hacking the brick/stone joint complete by wire brush chisel, provn and fixing of 12 NB Nozzle on brick joints in every alternative layers of damped/loose plastered portion, grouting the silicon based grouting materials in side the holes made as per 12 NB Nozzle bricks joints using pressure pump and applying 1st coat of polymer modified cementation slurry coating over the entire brick surface, then applying 2nd coat of polymer modified cemetation slurry coating and allowing 72 hours for weather curing, further allowing 72 hours for hydro testing complete as per manufacturer's instruction and finally applying 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 over the entire treated surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : The chemical application should be carried out through authorised applicators of manufacturer as per approved by GE with written guarantee bond of 10 years from the date of completion of work. The contractor shall have submit FDR/Gurantee amount equal to 10 % of the cost of work done against this items and same shall be returned to contractor on satisfactory completion of guarantee period. The prices for above items work considered for upto four storied bldg including steel scaffolding.

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick on stone/brick suface in CM (1:6), other than fair faces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing waterproofing treatment over RCC roof till top of roof slab of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including demolition of old PCC and layer of cement plaster etc including cleaning the surface with wire brush and removing the debries from the site and providing the fwg:- (a) Treatment of cracks with injectable epoxy at all places where cracks over slab and parapet walls have been observed. (b) Applying two coats of aliphatic, Elastomeric, polyurethane which will be abrasion resistant, Hydrolysis resistant, weathering and UV resistant and eco friendly based liquid applied with waterproofing coating by brush, airless spray or roller. (c) 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over the complete slab. (d) Ponding test will be carried out at all stages as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- All above waterproofing treatment will be carried out by original manufacturer / approved agents only. The contractor shall have to submit FDR/ Guarantee amount equal to 10% of the cost of work done against this items and same shall be returned to contractor on satisfactory completion of guarantee period of 5 years. Special steel supports to be provided at certain places while dismantling the top layer as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of demolished material to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mangalore pattern roofing tiles bedded in lime or cement mortar all as specified and directed

S & F of Aluminium composite panels panelling (ACP) of approved colour shade and pattern to be provided on exposed external surfaces with and including all necessary aluminium frame work complete as directed. The panel shall consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of antitoxic LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm with outer surfaces finished with PVDF based coating 30 micron, inner surfaces finished with a thin coat of polyester paint fixed on aluminium panel of grid size shall be n exc 2 sqm and size of section shall be 38mm x 50mm and 1.5mm thick and grid shall be fixed to wall by flat iron clamps 25mm x 6mm at the distance not more than 1.0m center to center and fixed as per Manufacturer's instructions and colour/texture/pattern shall be approved by Engr - in - Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub - class `B' bricks, Old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by and packed with 15 cm thick layer of char coal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 & RCC cover all as specified & shown in elect plate No. 3 of SSR part I of 2010 including testing on completion including taking down existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified. (Note:-Earth strip and protection pipe upto board is included in the rate quoted)

Providing and fixing 12 mm Gypsum Board sheet fixed to GI/MS Channel section with fixing screws adhering to ceiling at same level with all required framing and accessories. All joints shall be sealed as per manufacturer instruction and finished with wall care putty and two coats of smooth surface oil bound distemper of approved and shade including dismantling of old Gypsum boards.
