Repair/ Maintenance cleaning and sanitization underground/ overhead reservoir/ storage tank and other connected work at SAA under GE (S) Tezpur

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/ Steel Underground/semi underground/Over head/Sedmentation/clear water sumps of capacity UG sump reservoir 130000 gallons through bacteriological treatment as per the following stage, complete all as specified and as directed. Location: PH NO-1A seven stages are as under plants:- STAGE - I Mechanized Dewatering - Mechanized Dewatering should be done by submersible dewatering pump having , suitable outlet and discharge and control panel. The details of motor cable, seal , material of construction and control panel should be furnished. STAGE –II Sludge Removal – Desilting and removal of left over 4 inches dirty Water sludge with a sludge removal pump. STAGE – III High Pressure Cleaning – Cleaning of wall , ceiling , and floor by high pressure of 80-180 bars. Cleaning should be done by high pressure cleaner with following specification Fully automatic controlled, auto start –slop, imported high pressure cleaning machined having F-Class insulation protection. The heavy duty machined should be operated by HPC operator, on Continuous duty in variable fully adjustable mode from working presser of 100-180 bars. The machine should have imported twin steel core protection rubber high pressure hose to safety. With stand operating pressure of 250 bar, and Two cleaning lances, one with rotary jet and the second one , a flat jet for effective Drinking Water Tank Operation. STAGE:IV MECHANIZED SCAVENGING: Mechanical scavenging using Eco-friendly, Health & Safety disinfecting chemical treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/TERBAC-G-65/Inoxi 60/NB-69 and ULTRA VOILET RAY for removing rest over algae in water storage tank’s wells to insure minimum harmful pathogens.. STAGE – V Vacuum Cleaning – Removal of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vacuum cleaner . (A) Removal of remaining sludge with the help of imported heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner and sludge sucker having maximum power of 1200 watt, with suitable heavy duty motor. (B) Imported sludge sucker should be a part of the pressure system which sucks sludge and through the same out of the tank , his must handle solid particles as well STAGE: VI ANTIBACTERIAL DISINFECTION SPRAY: Anti- Bacterial FDA recommended disinfection is fully Bio-Degradable Eco-Friendly and safe in nature and can be used as an anti-bacterial agents to disinfect the inside the walls of water storage tank. STAGE – VII UV Radiator – Treatment of inside of tank by exposing germicide UV radiator to kill further suspended or floating bacteria if any- Treatment of inside tankbe done by exposing UV radiation by imported heavy duty UV radiator. The radiator should be designed with 4 UV lamp in way to ensure 360 degrees of sterilization and should have suitable lamps for effective sterilization for a period of 8000 working hours, the radiator must be totally portable and effective for final sterilization of drinking water tanks for elimination of floating and suspended bacteria….. NOTE: (i) COMPANY WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE. (ii) Cost of staging and necessary working platform shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Contractor shall ensure necessary safety precaution and insurance of workers during execution. (III) The quoted rates shall deemed to be included the cost of writing date of cleaning, (iv) Duration of cleaning of tank shall be 3 months.
