Construction of double lane PSC bridge 180 metre span over Bata River between Puruwala Kanshipur to Kundion in Tehsil Paonta Sahib District Sirmour (HP). Under NABARD RIDF-XXIX.

Earth for structure ( Earth work in excavation of foundation of structure in all depths as per drawing & technical specification for Rural Road August 2004 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring & bracing, removal of stumps & other deleteruious materials & disposal in all leads & lifts including dressing of sides & bottom & back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials by mechanical means upto all heights " as per theMoRT&H specification for roads & bridges ". All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited ). All earth work in cutting/ excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling & stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites & safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner trimming filling of unevenness blindage & finishing of the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes, it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responisibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing & laying cutting edge of mild steel in the well foundations complete as per drawing, specifications enclosed with tender document and MoRT&H specification for roads and bridges works. including all material, labour, safety measures,equipment and incidential work required to execute the job in all respect as per the specifications.

Providing & laying M35 grade mechnically mixed & vibrated cement concrete (reinforced cement concrete ) in well curb using 43/53 grade Ordinary portland cement, 20 mm ( twenty milimetre ) & down stone aggregate and approved quality sand including the cost of centring and shuttering ( exluding the cost of reinforcement only which shall be paid separately ) with all leads, lifts of any depth & height and all complete as per drawing, specifications enclosed with tender decument and MoRT&H specifications for Roads & Bridges works,Including cost of pumping/ bailing out of water wherever required to keep the work area in dry condtion . Designing and getting approval of the design and drawing of form work and tempoorary structures from the Engineer-in-Charge well before start of work at site, including all material, labour, safety measures,equipment and incidential work required to execute the job in all respect as per the specifications.

Providing & laying M25 grade mechnically mixed & vibrated cement concrete (reinforced cement concrete ) in well steining using 43/53 grade Ordinary portland cement, 20 mm ( twenty milimetre ) & down stone aggregate and approved quality sand including the cost of centring and shuttering ( exluding the cost of reinforcement only which shall be paid separately ) with all leads, lifts of any depth & height and all complete as per drawing, specifications enclosed with tender decument and MoRT&H specifications for Roads & Bridges works,Including cost of pumping/ bailing out of water wherever required to keep the work area in dry condtion structure from the Engineer-in-Charge. Designing and getting approval of the design and drawing of form work and tempoorary structures from the Engineer-in-Charge well before start of work at site, including all material, labour, safety measures,equipment and incidential work required to execute the job in all respect as per the specifications.

Providing & laying M25 grade mechnically mixed & vibrated cement concrete ( plain cement concrete ) in using 43/53 grade Ordinary portland cement, 20 mm ( twenty milimetre ) & down stone aggregate and approved quality sand in the top/ intermediate and bottom plug of the well foundations and below approach slab as per drawing, specifications enclosed with tender decument and MoRT&H specifications for Roads & Bridges works,Including cost of pumping/ bailing out of water ( if required ) for top/intermediate plug and placing concrete ( Under water ) using tremie pipe methid for bottom plug and wherever under ground concreting is done. Providing & mixing all ingredients of cement concrete including admixtures if required, transportation, placement, compaction, finishing and curing of concrete, including all material, labour, safety measures,equipment and incidential work required to execute the job in all respect as per the specifications.

Providing & placing selected & compacted sand fill in the well foundations as per the Drawing, specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges works. The sand shall be clean and free from earth, clay clods, roots, boulders, shingles etc. Measurement shall be made for actual volume of sand fill placed inside the wells, including all material, labour, safety measures,equipment and incidential work required to execute the job in all respect as per the specifications.

Providing & placing M35 grade mechnically mixed & vibrated cement concrete (reinforced cement concrete ) in well cap using 43/53 grade Ordinary portland cement, 20 mm ( twenty milimetre ) & down stone aggregate and approved quality sand including the cost of centring and shuttering ( exluding the cost of reinforcement only which shall be paid separately ) with all leads, lifts of any depth & height and all complete as per drawing, specifications enclosed with tender decument and MoRT&H specifications for Roads & Bridges works,Including cost of pumping/ bailing out of water wherever required to keep the work area in dry condtion. Designing and getting approval of the design and drawing of form work and tempoorary structures from the Engineer-in-Charge well before start of work at site. All arrangements required to keep the reinforcement bars projecting out in position with due cover blocks provided as per the specifications, including all material, labour, safety measures,equipment and incidential work required to execute the job in all respect as per the specifications.
