Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.complete all as directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar(1:6) for laying floor finishes Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured /printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / Rectangular)area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles.

M&L 300x450x7mm thick glazed ceramic digital tiles coloured incl , design and pattern as approved fixed as in vertical surface etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match incl rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness.(below or above ground level) Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.&removing rubbish to a disance not exc 250m Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material for thickness above 15mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the compressive strength @ 28 days 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density 1500-1600 Kg/m3. (Note : The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20 Mtr ht all as specified and directed)

M/L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified .

M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre/10 sqmover new surfaces.
