AMC Service: Post Installation the vendor shall give 5 years AMC round the clock in 03 shifts and general shift for Operation and Maintanance of the Equipment Installed. Service shall include the inspect the fire protection equipments to do the routine check, apply the lubricants to hydrant valves, gate valves, rotating parts of monitors, Diesel pump servicing, Generators , pumps random test, field test, foam test, drain the water and refill it, fire alarm testing, cleaning of detectors, device, check the connection of low voltage and electrical connections, checking the mooring hooks & capstans for trouble free operations, check the earthing etc. Also replace the faulty components if any found during the maintaince work minimum 15 persons deploiyed for operations and maintenance of entire equipment at LPG Berth in 03 shifts and general shift. FOR BILLING SEE THE AMC ANNEXURE Note: First Two Years Bidder has to bare the expenses of spares other than mentioned in BOQ items after that spares for any equipment will be bared by VPA which was not in the BOQ item

GRIT BLASTING & PAINTING i) Painting of all pipelines and other steel structural both indoor and outdoor shall be as per the details given below: - Surface preparation : Grit sand blasting to SA2.5, before laying shall be thoroughly sand blasted to ensure complete removal of rust and present gray or near white surface. Within 4 hours of GRIT blasting first coat of primer shall be applied. Primer : one coat of aluminum filled phenolic amine epoxy mastic – 125 microns Intermediate : Two coats of epoxy -150 microns/coat Finish : one coat of aliphatic polyurethane – 50 microns for all the pipes, bends, reducers, and T joints. The second intermediate coats of 150 microns and final coat of aliphatic polyurethane - 50 microns shall be applied after the completion of laying, aligning, welding of joints and hydro testing the pipelines
