M&L for making 2 Nos hole (20 mm) in steel tubular pole by using gas welding/ electric arc welding for insertion of wire for street lights (from pole mounted street light junction box to street lights). The holes should be carried out at 1500 mm above ground level and 1200 mm below top level of the pole including grinding the surface of pole for proper smoothness all as specified and directed.

Supply install, testing and commissioning of Indoor type Bus Bar Chamber, made of 1.2mm thick sheet steel duly powder coated and with following specifications :- Aluminium bus bar suitable for TPN 415V 3 Phase, AC Supply and of rating 100 Amp, 4 Way, duly mounted on FRP Insulators complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Havells / STANDARD / SPUTNIK / ZETA

S&F Sheet Steel enclosure suitable for TPN MCB, IP-43 protection with metal Cover complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing LT steel tubular poles/ struts, after removing of old u/s flood light fitting carefully and depositing the light at MES store yard and shifting the dismantled poles to new locations and Re-fixing of steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP- 22 (8.5 meter long) complete with CI base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire lenght of pole complete with including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally up to planting depth and remaining portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.
